Ռեակտորի թրծման կայանքը հասցվել է Հայկական ԱԷԿ

Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի ռեակտորի իրանի մետաղի վերականգնողական թրծման (ջերմամշակման) կայանքը հասցվել է ատոմակայան: ԱԷԿ-ը նախապատրաստվում է կայանի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգման ավարտական փուլի աշխատանքներին, որոնք կանցկացվեն 2021 թվականին` կիրականացվի ռեակտորի թրծումը, ինչը թույլ կտա 80-ից 85 տոկոսով վերադարձնել այն ելակետային վիճակին։ 

Տեխնոլոգիական այդ եզակի գործողությունը կանցկացվի հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի 2-րդ էներգաբլոկի արդիականացման ու շահագործման ժամկետը երկարաձգելու նախագծի շրջանակում։ «Սա կարևոր գիտատար աշխատանք է կայանի անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու համար։ Թրծման շնորհիվ կվերականգնվեն ռեակտորի իրանի մետաղի հատկությունները, ինչը թույլ կտա շարունակել դրա անվտանգ շահագործումը», - նշեց կայանի շահագործման ժամկետը երկարաձգելու նախագծի ռուսական կողմի ղեկավար Յուրի Սվիրիդենկոն։ 

Ռեակտորի թրծումը՝ շահագորժման ընթացքում մշտական ռադիացիոն ճառագայթման ազդեցությունից փոփոխվող ռեակտորի իրանի մետաղի ֆիզիկա-մեխանիկական հատկությունների վերականգնելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցն է։ Ռեակտորի իրանը էներգաբլոկի «սիրտն» է, և հենց դրա ռեսուրսով է պայմանավորված կայանի շահագործման ժամկետի երկարաձգումը։  

Իրանի թրծումն իրականացվում է ջերմարտազատող հավաքվածքի լրիվ բեռնահանումից՝ պահման ավազանում։ Դա անհրաժեշտ է իրանը հետազոտելու և ռեակտորի ներսում թրծման կայանքը մոնտաժելու համար։ Թրծման կայանքի օգնությամբ ռեակտորի իրանը տաքացվում է մինչև 475 աստիճան ու պահվում այդ ջերմաստիճանով մի քանի օր, որից հետո տեղի է ունենում դանդաղ սառեցումը։ Մետաղի կառուցվածքը վերականգնում է իր հատկությունները, ինչն ավելացնում է դրա շահագործման ժամկետը։ 

Գործողությունը կիրականացնեն «Ռոսատոմի» մի քանի կազմակերպություններ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը պատասխանատու է աշխատանքի ի՛ր մասի համար։ Տեխնոլոգիան մշակել ու համապատասխան հաշվարկներ են իրականացնում «Կուրչատովի ինստիտուտ» Ազգային հետազոտական կենտրոնը, «Գիդրոպրեսս» հատուկ կոնստրուկտորական բյուրոն (ОКБ «ГИДРОПРЕСС») և «Պրոմոթեյ» կոնստրուկցիոն մետաղների ԿԳՀԻ-ն (ЦНИИКМ «Прометей»), իսկ աշխատանքները կայանում կիրականացնեն «Ատոմէներգոռեմոնտ» («Атомэнергоремонт») և մեքենաշինության տեխնոլոգիաների ԿԳՀԻ-ն («ЦНИИТМАШ»)։ 

Ռեակտորի իրանի մետաղի վերականգնողական թրծման տեխնոլոգիան առաջին անգամ կիրառվել է 1987 թվականին, Նովովորոնեժյան ԱԷԿ-ում։ Այսօր այս գործողությունն իրականացվում է բոլոր կայաններում, որոնցում կատարվում է ժամկետների երկարաձգում։ Վերականգնողական թրծումներ են իրականացվել ВВЭР-440 տիպի մի շարք ռեակտորների վրա՝ Ռուսաստանում, Ուկրաինայում, Բուլղարիայում և Ֆինլանդիայում։
