Մեր քաղաքացիներից շատերն են այս շրջանում բարձրաձայնում դիմակների հետևանքով առաջացած մաշկային խնդիրների, ինչպես նաև դրանց կանխարգելման ու հնարավոր այլ խնդիրներից խուսափելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: «Փաստը» թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել է մաշկաբան, վեներոլոգ Էդգար Ադիլխանյանի հետ, որը մի շարք խորհուրդներ է տվել:

Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանել մաշկը, երբ ստիպված ենք դիմակ կրել: Մինչ բուն հարցին անդրադառնալը, դիմակների տարբեր տեսակների մասին մատնանշելով՝ բժիշկն առաջին հերթին ընդգծում է. «Սովորաբար կրելով մասնավորապես ոչ բժշկական դիմակներ՝ մաշկը սկսում է չշնչել: Դրա հետևանքով առավել յուղոտ մաշկ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ ավելի են սրվում մաշկային դրսևորումները, իսկ չոր մաշկ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ կարող են ճաքեր ու թեփոտվածություն առաջանալ:

Հիմա ոչ բժշկական, օրինակ՝ կտորե ծագում ունեցող դիմակները շատ են շրջանառվում, դրանք գեղեցիկ են, բայց մենք խորհուրդ չենք տալիս կրել դրանք, քանի որ հենց այդ դիմակները կարող են խնդիրների առաջացման պատճառ լինել: Ճիշտ տարբերակը բժշկական դիմակներն են՝ սովորական, եռաշերտ դիմակները: Բայց, առհասարակ, հատկապես արդեն իսկ առկա խնդրի պարագայում դիմակները և հատկապես չշնչող դիմակները կարող են մաշկային դրսևորումների առաջացման խնդրի հանգեցնել»,ասաց Է. Ադիլխանյանը:

Իսկ թե որոնք են այն խորհուրդները, որոնցով առաջնորդվելու դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի որոշ չափով գոնե խուսափել խնդիրներից ու մաշկը պաշտպանել, մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց. «Առաջին հերթին կրել եռաշերտ բժշկական դիմակներ, քանի որ ինքնաշեն դիմակները սովորաբար պատրաստված են այն կտորներից, որոնց առկայության դեպքում մաշկը չի շնչում: Սա ինքնին կարող է մաշկային դրսևորումների պատճառ դառնալ: Ընդհանրապես այս շրջանում շատ են մարդիկ, ովքեր թեպետ ունեցել են ակնե, ռոզացեայի դրսևորումներ, բուժվել են, բայց դիմակ կրելով՝ այդ խնդիրներն իրենց մոտ կրկին սրվել են:

Մաշկը սկսում է չշնչել, ու այդ գործընթացներն ի հայտ են գալիս»: Բժիշկը հավելեց՝ նման խնդիրների առաջացման պարագայում ևս խորհուրդ է տալիս ճիշտ բժկական դիմակներ կրել. «Սովորաբար բժշկական դիմակներն ինչ-որ չափով նվազեցնում են մաշկային խնդիրների առաջացման հավանականությունը: Իսկ այլ տեսակի դիմակներն ավելի նպաստավոր գործոն են ստեղծում: Իսկ եթե ամեն դեպքում մարդիկ կրում են հատկապես նման դիմակներ, սովորաբար յուղոտ մաշկի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել հատուկ օճառներ, որոնք պահպանող ու ճարպը նվազեցնող հատկություն ունեն: Իսկ չոր մաշկի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում խոնավեցնող քսուկներ օգտագործել: Այսինքն, չոր մաշկի դեպքում խոնավեցնել, յուղոտ մաշկի դեպքում՝ յուղը կլանող հատուկ միջոցներ օգտագործել»:

Այս համատեքստում բժիշկն աղջիկներին խորհուրդ է տալիս տոնային կրեմները հնարավորինս թույլ օգտագործել և խուսափել ծանր դիմահարդարումից: «Պատկերացրեք, յուղոտ մաշկ է, խնդիրը քողարկում են, մի հատ էլ դիմակ են դնում: Այս պարագայում մաշկն ընդհանրապես չի շնչում, ու խնդիրը սրվում է: Այս դեպքում վիճակը կարող է ավելի սրվել, մաշկի բալանսը խախտվել, որից հետո էլ կարող են խնդիրներ առաջանալ»,-եզրափակեց Է. Ադիլխանյանը:
