Ինչպես հայտնի է, իշխանությունները նախաձեռնել են սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ, այդ նպատակով ստեղծվել է համապատասխան հանձնաժողով:

Չնայած այս նախաձեռնության հետ կապված տեսակետները տարբեր են, այդ թվում՝ որ սա հերթական թատերականացված բեմադրությունն է, կամ որ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեն հազիվ հնարավոր լինի անցկացնել երկու տարի անց և այլն, այդուամենայնիվ, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովը հատկապես վերջերս նկատելի ակտիվություն է դրսևորում և պարբերաբար հիշեցնում իր գոյության մասին։

Մասնավորաբար, հրապարակ են նետվում առաջարկվող տարբեր փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ: Մասնավորաբար, վերջինը վերաբերում է Գերագույն դատարան ստեղծելու դրույթին: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, բովանդակային առումով լրիվ այլ իրողության հետ գործ ունենք։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցման, հանձնաժողովը փաստացի ոչ այնքան սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծ է նախապատրաստում, որքան, ըստ էության, նոր Սահմանադրություն է գրվում:

Բանն այն է, որ գրեթե ամբողջությամբ նախատեսում են փոխել Սահմանադրության մի շարք առանցքային դրույթներ, ինչը դժվար է սոսկ փոփոխություններ որակել։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների, չի փոխվելու կառավարման համակարգը, մնացած առանցքային հատվածներում առաջարկվելու են խորքային և բովանդակային փոփոխություններ, որոնք համապատասխանում են գործող իշխանության քաղաքական քիմքին։
