Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոն բացում է թանգարաններն եւ մշակութային կենտրոնները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍեպտեմբերի 1-ին Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոն մտնում է կարանտինի սահմանափակումների վերացման վեցերորդ փուլ: Բրազիլական կառնավալի մայրաքաղաքում երեքշաբթի օրը բացվում են թանգարանները, գրադարանները, ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոններն եւ զվարճանքների պարկերը: Բայց լողափերում արեւային լոգանք ընդունելը դեռ արգելված է, հաղորդում է «Ռոսիյսկայա գազետա»-ն:
Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված իրավիճակն արդեն երկրորդ շաբաթն առաջացնում է տեղական իշխանությունների մտահոգությունները: COVID-19-ից մահացության միջին մակարդակն այս ժամանակահատվածում աճել է գրեթե մեկ երրորդով` հասնելով օրական 96 մահվան միջին ցուցանիշին:
Սա կարանտինային սահմանափակումների վերացման վերջին վեցերորդ փուլը երեք մակարդակի բաժանելու որոշման վրա ազդող գործոններից մեկն էր: 6A փուլը կտեւի մեկ ամիս, ինչից հետո պետական մարմինները որոշում կկայացնեն հաջորդ մակարդակին անցնելու մասին: Սակայն դժվար սահմանափակումների լիարժեք վերացում դժվար թե լինի Բրազիլիայում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութերի հայտնվելուց ավելի շուտ:
Պետության կառավարության որոշմամբ` թատրոնները, կինոթատրոնները եւ սպորտային արենաներն առայժմ փակ կմնան: Քաղաքային լողափերում արեւային լոգանք ընդունել եւս հնարավոր չի լինի: Սակայն այս արգելքն անցյալ հանգստյան օրերին հազարավոր մարդկանց, ովքեր դուրս էին եկել օվկիանոս` արեւայրուքի եւ գնդակ խաղալու համար: Զբոսաշրջիկների ճնշող մեծամասնությունն առանց դիմակների էր, որոնք կրելը պարտադիր է նահանգի տարածքում, իսկ դիմակ կրելու ռեժիմի խախտումն այստեղ պատժվում է 106 ռեալ տուգանքով:
