Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խորհրդի միջազգային գործերի կոմիտեի ղեկավար Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովը հայտարարել Է, որ Հայաստանում կայացած հանրաքվեն երկիրը փոխադրում Է քաղաքական զարգացման նոր փուլ: Այս կարծիքը նա հայտնել Է Facebook-ի իր Էջում՝ մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների շուրջ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին անցկացված քվեարկության արդյունքները:
Սենատորը նշել Է, որ հանրաքվեին մասնակցությունը բարձր չի եղել, բայց նախագահի կողմից նախաձեռնված բարեփոխմանը ցուցաբերված աջակցությունը համոզիչ Է: «Մեզ բարեկամ երկիրը քաղաքական զարգացման նոր փուլ Է անցնում, խաղաղ ու առանց դրամատիզմի, համենայն դեպս՝ այսօրվա դրությամբ»,- ընդգծել Է Կոսաչովը:
«Ավելի լավ կաշխատի արդյոք նոր մոդելը, ցույց կտա միայն ժամանակը: Հաջողությունք ենք մաղթում բարեկամ ժողովրդին»,-հավելել Է նա:
Ըստ նախնական արդյունքների` Հայաստանում դեկտեմբերի 6-ին քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների ընդհանուր թիվը եղել է 2 միլիոն 567 հազար 047, քվեարկությանը մասնակցել են 1 միլիոն 303 հազար 466 քաղաքացիներ: Անվավեր է ճանաչվել 53 հազար 332 քվեաթերթիկ, «այո» է քվեարկել 825 հազար 851 մարդ, «ոչ»` 421 հազար 600:
