SOCIETYԿարծում եմ, որ սրա ամենակարեւոր խորհուրդն այն է, որ մենք մեր պատմությունը չենք մոռանում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 29-ին, Արցախում հանդիսավոր պայմաններում ԼՂՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի առաջին նախագահ Արթուր Մկրտչյանին եւ ԱՀ ՊԲ N զորամասի 4-րդ հրաձգային վաշտի հրամանատար, կապիտան Արմենակ Ուրֆանյանին հետմահու «Արցախի հերոս» բարձրագույն կոչում շնորհելու արարողության ժամանակ իր խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մենք, իհարկե, ամեն օր, ամեն ժամ նայում ենք ապագային, բայց այդ ապագան ճիշտ կառուցելու համար պետք է ճիշտ գնահատել նաեւ անցյալը:
Այսօրվա միջոցառումը ձայնակցվում եւ ներդաշնակվում է երեկ Սարդարապատում տեղի ունեցած միջոցառման հետ: Դուք ասում եք, որ Սարդարապատը շատ սիմվոլիկ տեղ է մեր ժողովրդի պատմության համար, մեր ազատամարտի պատմության համար, Ստեփանակերտը պակաս սիմվոլիկ տեղ չէ: Այստեղ մենք եւս ունենք խորհուրդ Առաջին հանրապետության ձեւավորման եւ Երրորդ հանրապետության ձեւավորման, ազտ Արցախի ձեւավորման այս ամբողջությունը, այս սիմվոլ, որը չափազանց կարեւոր է:
Մենք պետ է գնահատենք մեր անցյալի արժեքները, մեր նոր ու նորագույն պատմության արժեքները: Երեկ ՀՀ Ազգային հերոսի կոչում ստացավ Ռուբեն Սանամյանը: ՀՀ ազգային հերոսը երեկ պարգեւատրվել է եւ այսօր կապիտակ Սանամյանը կատարում է իր պարտքը հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործում: Սա նոր սիմվոլ է, նոր ճանապարհ ու նոր ընկալում է, որն արժեւորում է անցյալի մեր հերոսներին: Այսօր սխրանքի գնացող մեր զինվորներն ու սպաներն իրենց աչքի առջեւ ունեն անցյալի հերոսներին»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
