Մարդու օրգանիզմում կա 2,5 կգ բակտերիա. ի՞նչ գործառույթ են դրանք իրականացնում
LIFEԲակտերիաներն ամենուր են և մշտապես ուղեկցում են մարդկանց : Դրանցից վախենալ պետք չէ, քանի որ օրգանիզմն առանց նրանց, ընդհակառակը, գոյություն ունենալ չի կարող : Գոյություն ունեն օգտակար և վնասակար բակտերիաներ, որոնք բնակվում են մարդու բերանում, վերարտադրողական համակարգում և ոչ միայն : Իրենց ընդհանրության մեջ բակտերիաները կազմում են մարդու միկրոբիոմը : Իհարկե, հստակորեն նշել հնարավոր չէ, թե քանի բակտերիա է ապրում մարդու օրգանիզմում, սակայն գիտնականները մոտավոր հաշվարկ են կարողացել անել՝ 100 տրիլիոն : Եթե դրանց հավաքենք մի տեղ, ապա կստանանք 2,5 կգ :
Բերանի խոռոչում բակտերիաներն ավելի շատ են, քան մարդկանց թիվը մոլորակի վրա : Թուքը պարունակում է 100 միլիարդ բակտերիա, և դրանց միասին հայտնվում են օրգանիզմում : Բակտերիաները գոյատևում են ուտելիքների մնացորդների շնորհիվ, որոնք մշտապես հայտնվում են բերանում : Որքան շատ են ուտելիքի մնացորդները բերանի խոռոչում, այնքան շատ միկրոօրգանիզմներ են բազմանում և սկսվում է դրանց վնասակար ազդեցությունը՝ առաջանում է կարիես և դիսբակտերիոզ :
Մարդու պորտում ևս շատ են բակտերիաները՝ շուրջ 1,400 տեսակի : Պորտի տարածքը փոքր է, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, այնտեղ տեղավորվում է 70 տեսակի միկրոօրգանիզմ : Դրանց ուսումնասիրմամբ գիտնականները վաղուց են զբաղվում : Այն մարդկանց թվում, որոնք մասնակցել են ուսումնասիրություններին, եղել է մի տղամարդ, որի պորտում հայտնաբերել են հողային բակտերիա, որը գոյություն ունի միայն Ճապոնիայում : Սակայն այդ տղամարդը երբևէ չի եղել Ճապոնիայում և առընչություն չի ունեցել ճապոնական հողի հետ : Սակայն վհատվել պետք չէ, քանի որ բակտերիաներից շատերը մարդկանց օգուտ են տալիս : Օրինակ՝ Staphylococcus epidermidis անունով միկրոօրգանիզմը ևս ապրում է պորտում, և եթե այն գոյություն չունենար, դրա տեղը կզբաղեցնեին վնասակար բակտերիաները :
