VIDEOՏավուշյան իրադարձություններից հետո Արցախում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումները միջինից բավականին բարձր են։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեց «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Արցախի նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով նախկին խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ ներկայացնելով հետտավուշյան փուլում սահմանային լարվածության ցուցանիշը։
«Հետտավուշյան փուլում, եթե վերլուծում ենք հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների և արձակված կրակոցների ցուցանիշը օրինակ՝ Արցախի հատվածում, ապա դրանք միջինից բավականին բարձր են, ինչը բնականավար լարվածություն է փոխանցում առաջնագծին»,–ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ վերջին մեկուկես ամսում սահմանային լարվածության դինամիկան վերջին երկու տարվա կտրվածով բարձր է եղել նաև Արցախում։
Աբրահամյանի գնահատմամբ՝ հետտավուշյան փուլում ամրագրվեց բանակցային գործընթացի՝ փակուղում գտնվելը և դրանով իսկ մեծացվեցին սահմանային լարվածության ռիսկերը։
«Այս փուլում նկատելի է հատկապես ռուսական կողմի ակտիվությունը կողմերին բանակցային գործընթաց վերադարձնելու, բանակցային գործընթացը վերակենդանացնելու առումով։ Շատ բան կախված է, թե այդ գործընթացն ինչպես տեղի կունենա, հնարավոր կլինի՞ կողմերին վերադարձնել բանակցային սեղան, թե՞ ոչ»,–ասաց նա։
Անդրադառնալով Նախիջևանում թուրքական ռազմաբազայի տեղակայման հնարավորությանը, և դրա շուրջ Ադրբեջանում ծավալվող քննարկումներին, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն ասաց.
«Թեև ռազմաբազայի տեղակայման մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն առայժմ չկա, սակայն ադրբեջանական քաղաքական, փորձագիտական շրջանակները ռազմաբազայի տեղակայման հնարավոր երկու վայր են շրջանառում՝ Նախիջևանում և Բաքվում, ընդ որում Բաքվում խոսքը վերաբերվում էր ռազմաօդային ուժերի ռազմաբազայի հնարավոր տեղակայմանը, սակայն եթե նույնիսկ պաշտոնապես ռազմաբազա չտեղակայվի էլ, ակնհայտ է, որ տավուշյան իրադարձություններից հետո Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան խորացրել են իրենց ռազմական համագործակցությունը»,–ասաց նա։
Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ ներկայումս Թուրքիան ձգտում է մեծացնել իր ազդեցությունն ու ներգրավվածությունը մեր տարածաշրջանում, ինչը, բնականաբար չի կարող նպաստել տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության հաստատմանը։
