Վարքը՝ անբավարար
SOCIETYԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ օգոստոսի 26-ին, ժամը 20:00-ին համապետական ծնողական ժողով է հրավիրել:
«Չվախենաք խավարից եկող աղմուկից և ապատեղեկատվությունից, ամենամութ ժամը լուսաբացից առաջ է»,- գրել է Ա․ Հարությունյանը:
Նախարարն «աղմուկ» բառը վերջերս մի անգամ էլ է գործածել՝ գրեթե նույնպիսի համատեքստում։ Այս երկրորդ գործածությունը վկայում է, որ մարդը լրիվ համոզված է իր ասածի ճշմարտացիության մեջ, և հնչած ու հնչող քննադատությունները նրա համար ընդամենը «աղմուկ» են։
Բայց նախարարն այս անգամ ավելի առաջ է գնացել․ նա հանրակրթության բարեփոխումների ԿԳՄՍ-ական ծրագրի շուրջ հնչած մտահոգությունները համարում է, ոչ ավելի ոչ պակաս, «խավարից եկող»։ Եվ բոլոր այն մարդկանց (ոլորտի մասնագետներ, գիտնականներ և այլք), ովքեր հանդգնել են հակառակ կանգնել ԿԳՄՍ կոչվող կառույցին՝ վերջինիս ապազգային նկրտումներին վերջ դնելու վճռականությամբ, նախարարը անվանում է խավարամիտներ, խավարախոսներ, խավարասերներ։ «Լուսավորյալ» այս գլուխը քիչ է՝ պաշտպանում է Թամար Ալեքսանյան կոչված կիսագրագետին և Լիլիթ Մկրտչյան անվանվող կասկածելի գործունեությամբ պատմաբանին, որոնք իբր ղեկավարում են հայ դպրոցի հայեցիականությունն ապահովող առարկաների փորձագիտական խմբերը, իրեն դեռ թույլ է տալիս ընդհանրական որակում տալ համազգային ընդվզմանը՝ անվանելով «խավարից եկող»։
Արդ, այսքանից հետո, ողբալի՛ նախարար, որևէ կասկած չկա, թե Դուք ընդհանրապես մի տող կարդացել եք վերջին շաբաթների բազմապիսի քննադատություններից, թե Դուք մտքով, սրտով և հոգով հասու եք եղել հազարավոր մտահոգություններին, խոհեմության կոչերին, առաջարկներին, որոնք հնչել են ակադեմիական ինստիտուտներից, բուհական համակարգից, հանրային տարբեր հարթակներից, Ձեզնից հարյուրապատիկ, հազարապատիկ հայտնի և հարգված մարդկանցից։ Հակառակ պարագայում՝ ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ Ձեր լուսավոր միտքը չտեսավ կրթական չափորոշիչներ և ծրագրեր կազմողների կիսագրագիտությունն ու ապազգայնությունը, փոխարենն ընկալեց միայն ընդդիմախոսների «խավարը»։ Եթե Ձեզ համար Հայաստանի գրողների միությունը «խավար» է, եթե Պատմության և Գրականության ինստիտուտները, համալսարանի հայ բանասիրության ֆակուլտետը «խավար» են, եթե Աշոտ Մելքոնյանը կամ Սամվել Մուրադյանն ու Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը «խավար» են, ուրեմն ողբամ, երի՛ցս ողբամ այն «լույսին», որ դուք եք բերելու․․․
