Երգիչ-երգահան Ռուբեն Հախվերդյանը Tert.am-ի հետ խիստ լակոնիկ հարցազրույցում, որում հնչում էին նաև, «չէ,» չգիտեմ» պատասխաններ, նկատեց, որ երկրում «կառավարական բեսպրեդել է» ու ավելացրեց. «Նրանք բոլորն էլ պատասխան պիտի տան, բայց թե ու՞մ առաջ, ե՞րբ, ո՞նց … չգիտեմ»:

-Կարծես թե… գրեք` կարծես թե ու բազմակետ:
-Այսօր Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրն է, այսօր նախարարներից ոմանք հրապարակել էին իրենց մանկության լուսանկարները. լավ երեխաներ էին: Ի՞նչ կասեք երեխաների մասին, հաստատ իրենց մարդկության լավագույն հատվածն եք համարում` երիտասարդների ու ավագների հետ համեմատած:
-Ես երեխաների համար մի դիսկ եմ` գրել `«0-ից 100 տարեկան երեխաների համար» ու դրանով ինձ բավարարված եմ համարում, դիսկը ստացվել է, մանկապարտեզներում երգում են այդ երգերը… Ճիշտ է` մամուլում շատ չի գրվել այդ մասին, բնականաբար, որովհետև մենք Մշակույթի նախարարություն առանձնապես չունենք, որ հետաքրքրվի, վերլուծի կամ շնորհակալություն հայտնի, որ 4 տարում վերջացրել եմ էդ գործը: Ակնկալիք էլ չունեմ, ու ինձ համար վիրավորական կլիներ, եթե էդ նույն նախարարությունը գովերգեր ինձ: Եթե հայտնվեն սպոնսորներ, ես նոր CD կարող եմ հանել, բայց պետական հոգածություն չկա: Թեև ինձ շատ օգնում են սպոնսորները:

-Ոչ:
-Կա՞ ինչ-որ բան, որ Ձեզ հետաքրքրում է, մտահոգում է, դժգոհ եք, անհանգիստ եք, դեմ եք:
-Շենքի, որևէ կառույցի հիմքը եթե սխալ է դրվում, շենքը ծուռ է լինում: Նրանք բոլորն էլ պատասխան պիտի տան, բայց թե ու՞մ առաջ, ե՞րբ, ո՞նց ես չգիտեմ: Ու որ էս 25 տարվա մեջ չեն կարողացել համակարգ ստեղծել, որ և՛ ոչխարները անվտանգ լինեն, և՛ գայլերը կուշտ… խայտառակություն է` գնում է «կառավարական բեսպրեդել»: Էսքանը, իսկ մնացածը դետալներն ինձ չեն հետաքրքրում:
