«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյին շնորհավորելու փաստի հետ կապված ներիշխանական կուլիսներում բավականին լուրջ տարաձայնություններ են եղել, որոնք առկա են մինչ օրս։ Այս հարցում հիմնական քննադատողի դերում է իշխանության արևմտյան ուղղվածության թևը, որը բացահայտ դժգոհ է եղել Փաշինյանի այդ քայլից։
