Արյան ամենախոցելի խումբը՝ կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելու համար
LIFEԱվելի քան 2 հազար հիվանդի նմուշառության հետազոտությամբ չինացի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ արյան II-րդ խումբ ունեցող մարդիկ ավելի խոցելի են կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելու համար, քան արյան այլ խմբերի ներկայացուցիչները: Իսկ արյան I-ին խմբի ներկայացուցիչների վարակման հավանականությունը ամենացածրն է: Մասնագետներն իրենց հետազոտությունները հրապարակել են medRxiv էլեկտրոնային գիտական գրադարանում:
«Մենք առաջին անգամ բացահայտել ենք արյան խմբի և SARS-CoV-2 կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելու ռիսկի միջև կապը: Մասնավորապես, արյան երկրորդ խումբը (A) մեծացնում է վիրուսով վարակվելու ռիսկը, մինչդեռ առաջին խմբի (O) ներկայացուցիչները դրանից ավելի հազվադեպ են տառապում: Եթե մեր տվյալները հաստատվեն, ապա վիրուսի այս հատկությունները պետք է հաշվի առնվեն բժշկական պրակտիկայում»,- գրում են հետազոտողները:
Ուհանի համալսարանի (Չինաստան) բժիշկներն ու կենսաբանները և Շենժենի (Չինաստան) Հարավային գիտատեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի նրանց գործընկերները ուսումնասիրել են, թե վարակի համար կա՞ն արդյոք ռիսկի այլ գործոններ, բացի տարիքից, թոքերի վնասումից, խրոնիկ հիվանդություններից և թույլ իմունիտետից:
