«Despacito» հիթի ստեղծողները շահել են հեղինակային իրավունքի վերաբերյալ գործով դատը
CULTUREԱՄՆ Ֆլորիդա նահանգի շրջանային դատարանը մերժել է երաժիշտ Նյուտոն Կորտեսի՝ հանրահայտ «Despacito» երգի հեղինակներ Լուիս Ֆոնսիի, Դեդի Յանքիի, Էրիկ Էնդերի և Universal Music Group ընկերության դեմ հայցը, որում նա վերջիններիս մեղադրել է իր հեղինակային իրավունքների խախտման համար, գրում է Billboard-ը։
«Քարտուղարին հանձնարարված է փակել այս գործը»,- ասվում է դատավոր Քեթլին Ուիլյամսի՝ այս գործի առնչությամբ կայացված որոշման մեջ։
Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ հայցում դժգոհ երաժիշտը հավաստիացրել է, թե 2017 թվականին լույս տեսած «Despacito» երգի բառերը նման են 2006 թվականին թողարկված իր երգերից մեկի խոսքերին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ հանրահայտ այդ երգում մի քանի նմանատիպ բառեր ու արտահայտություններ են հնչել։
Նյուտոն Կորտեսը որպես փոխհատուցում պահանջել է Ֆոնսիի թիմի ստացած հոնորարի 20 տոկոսը, ինչպես նաև «իր աշխատանքն անօրինական կերպով օգտագործելու» համար 50 000 դոլար և հասցված բարոյական վնասի համար էլ 150 000 դոլար։
Շուտով՝ հայցի ներկայացումից որոշ ժամանակ անց, Յանքին, Ֆոնսին, Էնդերը և Universal ընկերությունը դրա մերժման համար միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել։ Արդյունքում դատավորը համաձայնել է նրանց պահանջին, քանի որ փորձաքննության ընթացքում երկու ստեղծագործության միջև էական նմանություններ չեն հայտնաբերվել։
Նշվում է, որ Լուիս Ֆոնսիիի և Դեդի Յանքիի «Despacito» երգը յութուբյան հարթակի պատմության մեջ ամենաշատ դիտումներ ունեցած տեսանյութն է դարձել․ երեք տարվա ընթացքում այն դիտել են մոտ 7 միլիարդ անգամ։
