Սեպտեմբերի 15-ից ուսումնական հաստատություններում դասերի վերսկսումը իր մեջ բավականին շատ ռիսկեր է պարունակում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց կրթության փորձագետ Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը:

«Առաջին խնդիրը տրանսպորտային խնդիրն է, մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ ուսուցիչներ եւ աշակերտներ: Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ սեպտեմբերից սրանսպորտը կծանրաբեռնվի եւ հարց է լինելու, թե ինչպես է պիկ ժամերին ավտոբուսի մեջ ապահովելու մարդկանց միջեւ հեռավարությունը: Ունենք նաեւ մի մեծ խումբ ավագ դպրոցի աշակերտների եւ քոլեջների, որոնք նույնպես տրանսպորտով են տեղափոխվելու, եւ ուսանողների հետ կապված է խնդիրն ամենասուրը դրված, քանի որ հենց ուսանողներն են երթեւեկողների ամենամեծ խումբը եւ սա համալսարանների դեպքում շատ մեծ ռիսկեր ունի: Եթե մենք համալսարանները բացենք, մեր տրանսպորտը գերբեռնվելու է, որովհետեւ առավոտյան ժամերին ավտոբուսներում հիմնականում ուսանողներն են»,- ասաց նա:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով համալսարաններում որոշ մասնագիտություններ պետք է մասնակիորեն վերաբացվեն, որպեսզի տրանսպորտը չծանրաբեռնվի:

«Կարելի է այս տարբերակը անել, որ այն մասնագիտությունները, որոնք հնարավոր էհեռավար անել, անել, իսկ այն մասնագիտությունները որոնք հնարավոր չէ հեռավար, գոնե շաբաթական մեկ կամ երկու օր գնան»,-ասաց նա:

Փորձագետի խոսքով` մյուս ռիսկն այն է, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում դպրոցի ներսում արդեն. «Դիմակներչով աղտահանման խնդիր է, աղտահանման խնդիր, որը բնականաբար պատկառելի գումար է, տասնյակ դասարաններ աղտահանելը բավականին դժվար է»:

Սերոբ խաչատրյանի կարծիքով` մյուս ռիսկը դասարանները կիսելն է, որը նույնպես շատ բարդություններ է առաջացնում. «Այս պահին Հայաստանում ունենք 75 դպրոց, որոնք երկհերթ են, կամ եռահերթ, հետեւաբար եթե դպրոցը երկհերթ է, ոնց ենք դասավորելու, հո երրորդ, չորորդ հերթ չենք անելո՞ւ: Այս 75 դպրոցների խնդիրը շատ լուրջ է, թե ոնց են կիսումը անելու: Մյուս դպրոցների դեպքում էլ, եթե կիսում են, այդտեղ առաջանում է ուսուցիչների հարց, այսինքն արդեն ուսուցիչները արդեն կրկնակի է պարապելու եւ պետք է կրկնակի վճարել: Այսինքն պատրաստ կլինի պետությունը այդքան վճարել, թե կրճատեն ժամի տեւողությունը 45-ից դարձնեն 30 եւ ուսուցիչը պարապի երկու 30 եւ դրա դիմաց գոնե մի 20-30 տոկոս հավելավճար տան»:

Մյուս ռիսկը, կրթության փորձագետի խոսքով` դպրոցներում կարգապահական խնդիրն է, ոնց են վերահսկելու այքդան երեխաներին, որ միմյանց միջեւ հեռավորություն պահպանեն:

«Երեխաները պետք է իրար չփաթաթվեն, չգրկեն, պահպանեն կանոնները: Կան նաեւ դպրոցներ, որոնցում ջուր չկա»,- ասաց նա:

Ամենակարեւոր խնդիրը, ըստ նրա, կոնտակտավոր եւ վարակակիր աշակերտների հետ է կապված լինելու. «Ի՞նչ են անելու, եթե դասարանում, որեւէ մեկը վարակված եղավ: Հնարավոր է, որ մի դպրոցում բռնկում լինի, ինչ ենք անելու էդ դեպքում, այսինք պետք է հեռավար ինչ-որ բան լինի»:
