Փորձագետ. ԱՄԷ-ն եւ Իսրայելը հաշտվել են ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԴիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հարցով Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների եւ Իսրայելի համաձայնագիրը կոչված է հակազդելու Մերձավոր Արեւելքում ու Արեւելյան Միջերկրածովում Թուրքիայի աճող ներկայությանը: Այս մասին National Interest-ում գրում է Պարսից ծոցի արաբական պետությունների ինստիտուտի ավագ գիտաշխատող Հուսեյն Իբիշը:
Նախօրեին ԱՄԷ-ն եւ Իսրայելը հայտարարել են հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մասին: Սպիտակ տան հատուկ բանագնաց Բրայան Հուքը համաձայնագիրն Իրանի համար «մղձավանջ» է անվանել:
Սակայն Իբիշը կարծում է, որ ԱՄԷ-ի ու Իսրայելի հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն ուղղված է Թուրքիայի, այլ ոչ թե Իրանի դեմ: Վերլուծաբանը մեջբերել է Իրանի եւ ԱՄԷ-ի ԱԳ նախարարների վերջին հանդիպումը, որը, ըստ նրա, երկու երկրների միջեւ լարվածության թուլացման ազդանշան էր:
«Ինչո՞ւ է դա տեղի ունենում հիմա: Դա որեւէ ընդհանրություն չունի Իրանի հետ: Դա լավագույնս նկարագրում է հետեւյալ բառը՝ Թուրքիան»,-գրում է Իբիշը:
Վերջին մեկ տարում Թուրքիան կամ սկսել է հարձակվել կամ ռազմական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել 4 երկրներում՝ Սիրիայում, Իրաքում, Լիբիայում եւ Ադրբեջանում, խմբավորումներին, կամ հանդես գալ ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցների ու Հունաստանի դեմ:
Ե՛վ Իսրայելը, եւ՛ ԱՄԷ-ն համաձայն չեն Անկարայի եւ «մուսուլման եղբայրների» կապի հետ:
