Ես հստակ տեղյակ չեմ, թե ինչ քաղաքականություն է հիմա վարում Ռուսաստանը. Զոհրաբ Մնացականյան
VIDEOՀայաստանից դուրս գնալ ցանկացողները պետք է հաշվի առնեն՝ ինչպիսի քաղաքականություն ունի այդ երկիրը տվյալ խնդրի վերաբերյալ՝ ընդունելու ոչ քաղաքացիների իրենց երկրում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 12-ին, Կառավարության շենքի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա անող՝ ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերի հարցերին ի պատասխան ասաց Հայաստանի Արտաքին գործերի նախախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝ խոսելով այն մասին, ինչու ՌԴ-ում ապրող հայերը դեռ չեն կարող վերադառնալ այնտեղ:
«Հայաստանի քաղաքականությունն ասպիսին է, որ յուրաքանչյուր Հայաստանի քաղաքացի, եթե ուզում է վերադառնալ, նա կարող է առանց որևէ՝ խոչընդոտի վերադառնալ հայրենիք: Ինչ վերաբերվում է Հայաստանից դուրս գնացողների համար, նրանք պետք է հաշվի առնեն՝ ինչպիսի քաղաքականություն ունի այդ երկիրը տվյալ խնդրի վերաբերյալ՝ ընդունելու ոչ քաղաքացիների իրենց երկրում։ Մենք, օրինակ, չենք ընդունում այլ քաղաքացիների մեր երկիր, թեև հիմա ավելի հեշտացրել ենք այդ պայմանները: Բայց մենք էլ ենք մեր քաղաքականությունն ունեցել՝ սահմանները փակ պահելու այլ քաղաքացիների համար, արտակարգ դրության պայմաններից ելնելով»,- ասաց ԱԳ նախարարը։
Քաղաքացին նշեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կարող են համաձայնության գալ ռուսական կողմի հետ, անել այնպես, որպեսզի իրենք կարողանան միանալ իրենց ընտանիքներին:
«Ո՞ւմ հետ համաձայնություն գանք: Ես հստակ տեղյակ չեմ, թե ինչ քաղաքականություն է հիմա վարում Ռուսաստանը... Դուք հիմա ինձ տալիս եք հարցեր, որոնք ես պետք է պատասխանեմ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների փոխարե՞ն»:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ասաց, որ ամեն ինչ այժմ պայմանավորված է համավարակով, որից էլ բխում է արտակարգ դրության երկարաձգումը, ինչը բոլորիս անվտանգության համար է, ուստի հորդորեց լինել մի փոքր համբերատար, որպեսզի այս մեկ ամիսը ևս անցի և մարդիկ կարողանան մեկնել երկրից:
