BLOGՌազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. «Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանին անկյուն է քշում։
Թուրքիայից հետաքրքիր մեսիջներ են գնում Ադրբեջանին։ Ճիշտ է, դրանք ոչ պաշտոնական են, բայց դրանք պաշտոնական Անկարայի կուլիսային խոսափողներն են։ Խոսքը գնում է թուրք վերլուծաբանների և փորձագետների մասին, ովքեր ասում են այն ինչ ցականում է ասել պաշտոնական Անկարան, բայց չի կարողանում։
Այդպիսի քաղաքագետներից է «Քադիր Հաս» համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր, Եվրասիական անվտանգության հարցերով փորձագետ Միթաթ Չելիքպալանը։
Նա խոսել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության մասին և կարծիք հայտնել, որ այդ հակամարտության ֆոնին չի կարող նոր ճակատ բացվել։ Նկատի ունի Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի ուղիղ առճակատումը, ինչպես նաև Նախիջևանի կողմից նոր ճակատ բացելը։ Անկարայի խոսափող հանդիսացող փորձագետը հստակ ասում է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական բախումները անընդհատ կարող են ակտիվանալ այն շրջաններում, որտեղ կանգ են առել 1994թ․-ին։
Միթաթ Չելիքպանանը բացի ռազմաաշխարհաքաղաքական կողմից հարցը դիտարկելուց, այն դիտարկում է նաև ջրային ռեսուրսների դիտանկյունից և հետաքրքիր միտք արտահայտում։ Ասում է, որ մինչև 1990-ը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Տավուշի մարզի բարձրադիր գոտիներից հոսող ջուրը կարողանում էին բաժանել իրար մեջ գյուղացիները (խուսափում է օգտագործել հայեր և ադրբեջանցիներ բառերը, խմբ․ Կ․Հ․), իսկ հիմա չկա այդ համերաշխ բաժանումը։
Կրկին վերադառնալով աշխարհաքաղաքական կողմին՝ նա ասում է, որ Թուրքիան և Ռուսաստանը այս տարածաշրջանում ունեն տարբեր հավակնություններ և հարցի լուծման տեսլականը տեղավորվում է հենց այդ տարբերվող տեսլականի շրջանակներում։ Նա պնդում է, որ Հայաստանին Թուրքիան դիտարկում է ոչ թե Հայաստան, այլ՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր, իսկ Ռուսաստանը Թուրքիային դիտարկում է, ոչ թե Թուրքիա, այլ՝ ՆԱՏՕ։ Խոսելով այս ամենի մասին միևնույն ժամանակ վերահաստատում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության մասին պաշտոնական Անկարայի դիրքորոշումը, միևնույն ժամանակ էլ ասում, որ Անկարան չի գնա Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբաերությունների լարման այս հարցի համատեքստում։
Քաղաքագետի մեկ այլ միտք ևս հստակ ազդակ է, որ հակամարտության լուծման բանալին Թուրքիան տեսնում է ռազմական ճանապարհով, քանի որ ասում է, որ երկու կողմերից մեկը, եթե հասկանա, որ կարող է հաղթել, գնալու է ռազմական բախման։
Սա ընդամնեը մի դրվագ է պաշտոնական Անկարայի խոսափողը հանդիսացող փորձագետների, վերլուծաբանների, քաղաքագետների, ըստ էության, Անկարայի պաշտոնական կարծիքն արտահյատող հայտարարությունների, որով կրկին համոզվում եմ, որ հարցի լուծումը ռազմական ճանապարհով է, իսկ այդ գործընթացին Անկարան կրկին միջնորդավորված ունենալու է իր մասնակցությունը»:
