Սևրի պայմանագրում ամրագրված հայության իրավունքները չեն կորցրել իրենց կարևորությունը. Չալաբյան
ANALYSIS«Ազգային օրակարագ» կուսակցության համահիմննադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.
«Հարյուր տարի առաջ այս օրը, Փարիզի արվարձան Սևրում կնքվեց հաշտության պայմանագիր՝ մի կողմից Օսմանյանյան կայսրության, մյուս կողմից դաշնակից տասներեք պետությունների միջև, որոնք Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի ընթացքում պատերազմել էին Օսմանյան կայսրության դեմ, և միացյալ ուժերով հաղթել նրան։
Այս պայմանագրի 88-93 հոդվածներով ոչ միայն ճանաչվում էր հայկական անկախ պետությունը, այլև կայսրության հայաբնակ մարզերի մի զգալի մասը (այսօրվա Հայաստանից մոտ երեք անգամ ընդարձակ տարածք) հանձնվում էր Հայաստանին՝ միացյալ հայկական պետություն ստեղծելու և այդ տարածքներում հայահավաք իրականացնելու նպատակով։
Ցավոք, Սևրի հաշտության պայմանագրին հաջորդած իրադարձությունները ոչ միայն ի չիք դարձրեցին այս պատմական ձեռքբերումը, այլև ի վերջո բերեցին Հայաստանի անկախության և նույնիսկ մինչև պայմանագրի կնքումը հանրապետության կողմից արդեն իսկ վերահսկվող տարածքների զգալի մասի կորստին։
Այս ցավալի զարգացումներում մեծ դեր խաղաց ներհայկական երկպառակությունները, սեփական ուժերի նկատմամբ վստահության պակասը, նաև բոլշևիկյան խառնակչությունը, և մեծագույն ջանքերի գնով ձեռք բերված այս նվաճումը մնաց թղթի վրա, իսկ հայության իղձերը՝ անկատար։ Չնայած դրան, Սևրի պայմանագիրը, և նրանում ամրագրված հայության իրավունքները շարունակում են կարևոր ուղենիշ հանդիսանալ մեր ազգային նպատակների տեսանկյունից, և չեն կորցրել իրենց կարևորությունը։
Այս իրավունքները մինչ այժմ էլ չեն վերականգնված, և թեև պայմանագիրը չի իրականացվել, այն մեզ բարոյական ուժ է տալիս և գիտակցություն, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունների փոփոխության դեպքում, մենք նորից կարող ենք վերադառնալ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, և պահանջել մեր արդար հասանելիքը։ Սակայն, այս անգամ, մեր պահանջը պետք է ամրագրենք իրական ուժով, և այդ ուժը պետք է կերտենք ամեն օր, մեր ամեն գործողությամբ, այդ դեպքում ապագայի պայմանագրերը ոչ միայն կգրվեն մեր օգտին, այլև ի վերջո իրականություն կդառնան»։
