Ինչ պետք է անեն աշակերտ ունեցող ծնողները՝ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին ընդառաջ
SOCIETYՀիմա փաստորեն արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի՝ ևս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգումը նշանակում է առնվազն մինչև սեպտեմբերի կես նորից սահմանափակումներ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին ենթադրում է հավանաբար հանրակրթական հաստատությունների, բուհերի դասերի հետաձգում (եթե էդպես չէ, ասեք մենք էլ իմանանք)։ Քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող ՊՈԱԿ-ները՝ արվեստի դպրոցները անհասկանալի իրավիճակում են, հետևաբար ծնողները չեն կարողանում կողմնորոշվել՝ շարունակե՞լ երեխաների պարապմունքները, թե դադարեցնել։ Առաջինի ընտրության դեպքում ծնողները պարտավորվելու են վճարել դասընթացների համար, սակայն սեպտեմբերի կեսից կարող է պարզվել, որ երեխաները նորից ստիպված են լինելու պարի, երգեցողության, նկարչության, երաժշտական գործիքների, կերպարվեստի և այլ տարատեսակ պարապմունքներն անել հեռավար ձևով, ինչն իհարկե անարդյունավետ է, օրինակ, պարի պարագայում և ոչ միայն։ Երկրորդի ընտրության դեպքում կրկին ստիպված պետք է մեկ տարի տարկետում վերցնեն, բայց եթե հանկարծ սեպտեմբերին պարզվի, որ նորմալ ձևով են ընթանալու պարապմունքները, ստացվում է երեխաները մեկ տարի անիմաստ կորցնում են, քանի որ սեպտեմբերի կեսին արդեն չեն կարողանալու վերականգնել երեխաների տեղը խմբակներում։ Մինչ այժմ կառավարություննարդեն իսկ պետք է հստակ որոշում կայացրած լիներ, թե սեպտեմբերից ինչ ձևաչափով են դպրոցները, արվեստի ճյուղերն ու բուհերը վերադառնալու իրենց բնականոն աշխատանքին։ Արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի նախորդ երկարաձգման ժամանակ՝ այսինքն առնվազն մեկ ամիս առաջ, ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն իմ հարցին, թե ո՞ր ոլորտների վերագործարկման վերաբերյալ է կատարվելու վերանայում, պատասխանել էր՝ ԿՐԹԱԿԱՆ և ՄՇԱԿՈՒԹԱՅԻՆ։ Մինչև հիմա չկա ոչ մի հստակություն՝ ի՞նչ են անելու ծնողները։ Հազար հարց կա պլանավորելու, իրականացնելու, անելու կամ չանելու։ Վերջապես մի հստակություն կմտցնե՞ք, մարդիկ հասկանան ինչ ու ինչպես են անելու։ ՀՀ ԱԺ ԼՀ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյան
