Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք Մարաշ նստավայրում դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր` օգոստոսի 7-ին, ընթանում է «5-րդ ալիք» ՀԸ սեփականատեր Արմեն Թավադյանի եւ Վարուժան Մկրտչյանի գործով դատական նիստը։

Նշենք, որ նախորդ նիստին որոշվեց մեկ վարույթում քննել 3 քրեական գործ։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ մեկ քրեական գործով Արմեն Թավադյանը մեղադրվում է «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով տուժողներից մեկին ենթադրաբար կաշառելու մեջ, որպեսզի դատարանում սուտ ցուցմունք տա։

Արմեն Թավադյանին եւ Քոչարյանի աջակից Վարուժան Մկրտչյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 340-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (նշված արարքը կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից կատարելու համար)։

Նշենք, որ մարտի 12-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը, դատավոր Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանի նախագահությամբ Արմեն Թավադյանին ազատ արձակելու որոշում էր կայացրել։ Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Թավադյանի պաշտպան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանն ասել էր, որ բողոքը բավարարելու պատճառը եղել է հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայությունը։

Քրեական գործերից երկուսը վերաբերում են 2019 թվականի մայիսի 13-ին ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի քննարկմանը զուգահեռ դատարանի բակում քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ Վարտգեզ Գասպարիի մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին։ Գասպարիի եւ Արմեն Թավադյանի միջեւ միջադեպ էր գրանցվել։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ ՀՀ ՔՕ 258 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կատարված խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով)։ Մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել Արմեն Թավադյանին, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի աջակիցներ Սերգեյ Սաժումյանին եւ Գեւորգ Բաքարյանին։

Արմեն Թավադյանի եւ մյուս երկու քաղաքացիների գործերը դատարան էին ուղարկվել իրարից անջատ։
