Դեռեւս մեկ տարի առաջ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություն սփռվեց, որ Ազգային անվտանգության կուսացության ղեկավար Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանի որդուն՝ Սամվել Իսագուլյանին ուզում են ազատել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում աշխատանքից: Որդուն ասել էին՝ հայրդ ընդդիմադիր է, ուստի անելիք չունես համակարգում, պետք է հեռանաս: Իսագուլյանը, սակայն այս տեղեկությունը հերքում էր՝ լավատեսորեն կարծելով, որ 37 թիվը չէ, որ հոր հայացքների համար որդուն հեռացնեն, որ 37 թվին Մոլոտովի կինը գնդակահարության համար բանտում էր, բայց Մոլոտովն արտգործնախարար էր:

Իսագուլյանը թերեւս չարաչար սխալվում էր՝ կարծելով, թե 37 թվը չէ: Մեր տեղեկություններով, որդու նկատմամբ հետապնդումները վերջին օրերին նոր թափ են ստացել, արդյունքում, Իսագուլյանի որդին ինքնակամ դմում է գրել՝ իրեն ազատելով ավելորդ գլխացավանքից եւ իշխանությունների հետապնդումներից: Իսագուլյանի 25-ամյա որդին հինգ տարի Մոսկվայում ուսանելուց հետո վերադարձել էր Հայաստան և մոտ հինգ տարի աշխատում էր համակարգում, այսինքն 10 տարվա աշխատանքային ստաժ ուներ, կապիտանի կոչում, ծառայությունն իրականացնում էր երրորդ գլխավոր վարչությունում:

Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ ԱԱԾ-ի իր ղեկավարությունը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, տղային հորդորել էին՝ հայրդ իշխանությունների դեմ է, արմատական ընդդիմադիր, ուստի պետք է հեռանա: Սակայն տղան հակադարձել է, որ ինքն իր ծառայությունն է իրականացնում եւ հոր հայացքներն իր ծառայության վրա չեն ազդում: ԱԱԾ ղեկավարությունն էլ նրան որես <աքսոր>> գործուղում է սահմանային ծառայության՝ Վարդենիս, որպեսզի երիտասարդ կադրը հիասթափվի իր աշխատանքից եւ ինքնակամ հեռանա, բայց սրանով էլ իշխանությունների ցանկությունը չի կատարվում, տղան բարեխղճորեն իր ծառայությունն է իրականացնում մինեւ այն պահը, երբ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն է նշանակվում Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը:

Իսագուլյանի որդուն վերադասի միջոցով տեղեկացնում են, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգն է՝ ցանկացած գնով ազատվել Սամվել Իսագուլյանից: Մյուս կողմից՝ Քյարամյանին էլ նույն վերադասը զեկուցում է, որ դա կարծես թե անհնար է, նախ կոլեկտիվն է սիրում տղային, քանի որ բարեխիղճ եւ պարկեշտ աշխատող է, եւ երկրորդ՝ դա չեն կարող անել ատեստավորան միջոցով, քանի որ նոր է ատեստավորման ենթարկվել եւ դեռեւս չորս տարի պետք է սպասել, որպեսզի, ըստ օրենքի, ունենան նման հնարավորություն: Ի վերջո, ծառայողական քննություն է հայտարարվել եւ
տեւական ժամանակ է Իսագուլյաի որդուն տարբեր խողովաներով զգուշացնում են, որ թողնի լավով հեռանա, միեւնույն է, թույլ չեն տալու աշխատել: Ի վերջո, տղան որոշում է կայացնում չդառնալ ԿԳԲ-ական գործելաոճի թիրախ ու իքնակամ դիմում է գրել:
