Լոս Անջելոսում հայերը այլևս չեն կարող դիտել Հ1

Օգոստոսի մեկից Լոս Անջելոսում Հ1-ի ցուցադրությունը դադարեցվել է։ Թե որն է դադարեցման պատճառը և արդյո՞ք այն քաղաքական է դեռ կանդրադառնանք։ Առայժմ մեզ հայտնի է դարձել, որ SPEKTRUM հիշյալ հաճախականությունը տեղափոխվել է 25.3 ալիքի վրա, ինչի արդյունքում Հանրային ՀԸ ցուցադրությունը դադարեցվել է լայն լսարաի համր եւ դրա փոխարեն ցուցադրվում է Արմենիա ՀԸ-ը։ Այս հանգամանքը առաջացրել է Լոս Անջելոսում բնակվող հայերի զայրույթը, քանի որ նրանք զրկվել են պետական հեռուստաալիք դիտելու հնարավորությունից։ Հանրային ՀԸ տնօրենի ԺՊ Արա Շիրինյանը ավելի վաղ պնդել էր, որ Հ1-ի ցուցադրման իրավունքը տրվել է Պանարմենիան Մեդիա գրուպին, քանի որ այն ունի մեծ լսարան։ Սա, իհարկե համոզիչ փաստարկ չէ, հատկապես նկատի ունենալով այն, որ հիշյալ ընկերությունը մասնավոր է և հանդես չի գալիս պետական դիրքերից։ Իսկ Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների համար խիստ կարևոր է հայաստանյան իրականությանը ծանոթանալ պետական միջոցներից սնվող ՀԸ-ից և Հ1-ն ըստ էության այստեղ լավագույն լուծումն էր։
Կամ մեկ կարևոր հանգամանք եւս․ Արա Շիրինյանը պատահական մարդ չէ և վայելում է օրվա իշխանությունների հովանավորչությունը։ Արդյո՞ք նրա փափուկ ձեռքով է կատարվել վերը նշված փոփոխությունները, թե Շիրինյանը ամեն դեպքում հանդես է գալիս որպես գործիք։ Տեղյակ է վերջինս կատարվածից, թե ոչ, կփորձենք պարզել առաջիկայում։ Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի պատասխան պետք է տրվի նաեւ գլխավոր հարցերից մեկին, ու՞ր են ուղղվում պետական գումարները, չէ, որ պետությունը ֆինանսական միջոցներ է հատկացնում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը, վերջինս էլ դրանով ապահովում է բաց կապուղի, այդ թվում և ԱՄՆ-ում։
