ԱՄՆ-ի ավելի քան 30 նահանգներում շուրջ 400 մարդ վարակվել է սալմոնելոզով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՇուրջ 400 մարդ վարակվել է սալմոնելոզով ավելի քան 30 ամերիկյան նահանգներում այդ աղիքային վարակի բռնկման հետեւանքով, շաբաթ հաղորդել է CBS հեռուստաալիքը։
Սննդամթերքի եւ դեղամիջոցների որակի հարցերով վարչությունը (ԱՄՆ առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական ծառայությունների նախարարության կից) նշել է որպես վարակի հնարավոր աղբյուր կարմիր սոխը, որն աճեցվել է Thomson International կալիֆոռնիական ընկերության կողմից։ Ընկերությունը հետ է կանչում սոխի բոլոր տեսակները՝ կարմիր, սպիտակ, դեղին եւ քաղցրահամ՝ ամբողջ սոխը, որը կարող էր պահպանվել սալմոնելոզով պոտենցիալ վարակված կարմիր սոխի կողքին խաչաձեւ վարակման ռիսկի պատճառով, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
ԱՄՆ-ում տվյալ պահին գրանցված է սալմոնելոզով վարակման 396 դեպք, 60 մարդ հոսպիտալացվել է, մահվան դեպքեր չեն գրանցվել։ Հեռուստաալիքի հաղորդմամբ՝ Կանադայում նույնպես գրանցվել է աղիքային վարակի բռնկում, որը կարող է կապված լինել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ։
Ըստ ԱՀԿ-ի՝ սալմոնելոզի դեպքերի մեծամասնությունն անցնում է թեթեւ ձեւով, դեպքերի մեծամասնությունում հիվանդներն առողջանում են առանց հատուկ բուժման։ Սակայն որոշ դեպքերում, հատկապես երեխաների եւ տարեցների մոտ, հիվանդության հետ կապված ջրազրկումը կարող է վերածվել ծանր տեսակի եւ կյանքին վնաս ներկայացնել։ Հիվանդության ծանրության աստիճանը կախված է գործոններից՝ կապված պացիենտի եւ սալմոնելի սերոտիպի հետ։
Այդ բակտերիաները, ընդգծում է կազմակերպությունը, պատկանում են միկրոօրգանիզմների թվին, որոնց մոտ ի հայտ է եկել սերոտիպերի հակամիկրոբային միջոցների նկատմամբ դիմադրություն։ Որպես սալմոնելոզի կանխարգելում՝ մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հետեւել սննդի հիգիենայի պարզ գործնական կանոնների, ինչպիսիք են սննդամթերքի մանրամասն ջերմային մշակումը։
