«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը կառավարության հետ համատեղ գրեթե ավարտել է քննարկումները եւ առաջիկայում կներկայացնի նախագիծ, որը հնարավորություն կտա կորոնավիրուսային պայմաններում աշխատանքները կազմակերպել առանց արտակարգ դրությունը երկարացնելու: Միեւնույն ժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորներին արդեն զգուշացվել է, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ պատրաստ լինեն. միգուցե արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրելու եւ նոր նախագիծը քննարկելու անհրաժեշտություն առաջանա:

Անգամ եթե այս ընթացքում հնարավոր չլինի նոր նախագիծն ընդունել, միեւնույնն է, օգոստոսի 12-ին ավարտվում է մարտի 16-ից Հայաստանում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրությունը, եւ եթե օրենսդրությունը չփոխվի, ապա կրկին անհրաժեշտություն կառաջանա Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստ գումարել եւ քննարկել այն եւս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգելու հնարավորությունը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունները դեռ երկմտում են՝ ինչպես վարվել՝ մեկ ամսով էլ երկարաձգել արտակարգ դրությունը եւ նոր օրենսդրություն ընդունել արդեն հերթական նստաշրջանում՝ այն կիրառելով սեպտեմբերից, թե ավարտել արտակարգ դրությունը եւ առաջնորդվել այլ կարգով: Ամեն դեպքում, առաջիկա օրերին քննարկումները կավարտվեն, եւ վերջնական պարզ կլինի՝ արտակարգ դրությունը եւս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգել անհրաժեշտ է, թե ոչ: Նկատենք, սակայն, որ ՀՀ պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ավելի հակված է վերջին տարբերակին»:
