Երեկ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն ազատվեց Կոտայքի մարզպետի պաշտոնից և նշանակվեց շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար: Նշանակումն ինքնին անակնկալ համարել չի կարելի:

Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ այս պարագայում գործ ունենք այն քիչ դեպքերից մեկի հետ, երբ նշանակումը, ըստ սոցցանցերում առկա տրամադրությունների, հիմնականում դրական է ընդունվել հանրության տարբեր շերտերի կողմից: Ավելին, նույնիսկ թիմի ներսում առանձնապես խանդով չի ընդունվել այս որոշումը, թեպետ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, քիչ չեն եղել մարդիկ, որոնք առնվազն իրենք իրենց պատկերացրել են այդ պաշտոնում: Իշխանության կուլիսներում խոսում են, որ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը վարչապետի ամենավստահելի կադրերից է: 

Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկի խոսքերով, փաստացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր «ծանր հրետանի»-ներից մեկին ուղարկել է չափազանց պատասխանատու ոլորտ, ինչը պատահական չէ, քանզի այսօր բնապահպանական այնպիսի խնդիրներ են կուտակվել, որոնց լուծում տալու համար անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն աշխատող, մինչև վերջ գործին նվիրվող, այլև լիարժեք հավատարիմ անձնավորություն: 

Հենց միայն Ամուլսարի հետ կապված վերջնական հստակեցումներ անելու և լուծումներ գտնելու հարցն ինքնին բավականին խնդրահարույց է:

 Սրան գումարած՝ Սևանի խնդիրը, հանքարդյունաբերության հետ կապված հարցերը և այլն, որոնց առումով բնապահպաններն անընդհատ ահազանգեր են հնչեցնում: 

Ոլորտի փորձագետները «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հույս էին հայտնում, որ նոր նախարարը չի առաջնորդվի «մենք ճիշտ ենք, մյուսները՝ սխալ» սկզբունքով, կլսի մասնագետների կարծիքը, և հնարավոր կլինի համատեղ ջանքերով լուծում տալ կուտակված խնդիրներին:
