Համավարակի դեմ պայքարի դժվարությունների պատճառով, ներքին որոշ հակասությունների պատճառով մեր Երկիրը հայտնվել է այնպիսի մի իրավիճակում, որը հաղթահարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համախմբել ուժերը, լինել զուսպ և միասնական: Դրությունը շատ ավելի բարդացել է Ադրբեջանի ապիկար կառավարության հրահրած սադրանքներով: Փոխանակ սեփական ժողովրդի մասին մտածելու` սեփական անճարակությունը սքողելու նպատակով սկսել է հարձակումները մեր սահմանային տարածքների վրա թիրախավորելով խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Նույնիսկ հրադադարի հայտարարման պայմաններում նրանք շարունակում են կրակահերթերը անսպասելի և իրենց ցեղատեսակին համահունչ: Այդ հրոսակի հարձակումները կանխվել է, կանխվում է և կկանխվի հայ քաջարի զինվորների անձնազոհության և բարձր պատրաստակամության շնորհիվ: Սակայն մենք, լինելով խաղասեր ու արարող ազգ, միշտ անակնկալ հարձակումնր ենք ստանում Ադրբեջանից, հենց այն ժամանակ, երբ թվում է, որ սահմանում անդորր է, ու ոչինչ չի սպառնում մեր հայրենքի խաղաղությանը: Ցավոք, այս անգամ Թուրքիան ևս տարածաշրջանային անկայություն հրահրելու գործընթացում է` բացահայտ աջակցություն հայտնելով Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ գործողություններին, ավանդական հակահայկական տրամաբանությամբ` վարձու վայրի, մահապարտ անձանցով համալրելով ազերիների զինվորականների քանակը: Մեր երկիրը ավելի ամուր կլինի իր ամուր թիկունքով, մեր բոլորի աջակցությունը իրոք անհրաժեշտ է այս դժվարին պահին: Ուստի, «Հայի Ուժ» համահայկական շարժում Սպիտակ Խաչի կամավորականների գումարտակը, կոչ է անում բոլոր նրանց, ում հոգիներում վառվում է հայրենասիրության ջահը, համախմբվելև անհրաժեշտ պահին իբրև կամավոր կանգնել մեր որդիների, եղբայրների  կողքին` պատրաստ կյանքի ու մահվան պայքարի: Քանզի մենք արժանավոր ժառանգներն ենք մեր հայրենասեր նախնիների` Հայկի, Վարդան Մամիկոնյանի, Սասունցի Դավթի, Անդրանի Զորավարի: Ի վերջո մենք պարտավորված ենք Արցախյան պատերազմում զոհված բազմաթիվ հայ զավակների հիշատակի առջև:
