ԵՊՀ-ն նույնիսկ բողոք բերելու իրավունքից է զրկված
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի ժ/պ Գեղամ Գևորգյանը նախկին ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի հրամանով ազատվել էր պրոռեկտորի պաշտոնից, ինչից հետո դիմել էր դատարան՝ այդ հրամանն անվավեր ճանաչելու համար: Դրանից հետ Գևորգյանը նշանակվել է ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի ժ/պ, սակայն հայցից չի հրաժարվել:
Ավելին, ինչպես դատարանի վճռից է բխում, Գևորգյանը, լինելով ԵՊՀ ռեկտորի ժ/պ, չի ապահովել ԵՊՀ շահերի պաշտպանությունը դատարանում: Դատարանի վճռում նշվում է, որ ԵՊՀ-ն խնդրել է դատարանին գործը լուծել դատարանի հայեցողությամբ: Սա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ Գեղամ Գևորգյանը վարձել է փաստաբան իր անձնական շահերի պաշտպանության համար` նրան վճարելով մեկ միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ:
Այս տարվա հունիս 26-ին դատարանը մասնակի բավարարել է Գեղամ Գևորգյանի հայցը և պարտավորեցրել ԵՊՀ-ին՝ Գեղամ Գևորգյանին վճարել շուրջ մեկ տարվա հարկադիր պարապուրդի գումար (այն դեպքում, երբ Գեղամ Գևորգյանը պարապուրդի մատնված չի եղել նույն բուհում և այդ ընթացքում զբաղեցրել է ռեկտորի ժ/պ-ի պաշտոնը), ինչպես նաև աշխատանքային գործով աննախադեպ 1 միլիոն դրամ՝ որպես փաստաբանի ծառայության վճար:
Ընդ որում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Գևորգյանի հանձնարարականով ԵՊՀ-ն նույնիսկ բողոք բերելու իրավունքից է զրկված: ԵՊՀ անունից բողոք ստորագրողը հենց Գեղամ Գևորգյանը պետք է լինի, բայց պարզ է, որ նման հանձնարարական իր շահին հակառակ չի տալու:
