«Հայրենիք» հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը հայտարարել է, որ կանգնում է դուրս մնացած դիմորդների ու նրանց ծնողների կողքին։

Ինստագրամում  տարածված հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Քիչ առաջ տեսա, որ դիմորդները և մեր ապագա զինվորները հետաքրքիր կարգախոսով են շարունակում իրենց արդար պայքարը. «... Մեր դուխները մի կոտրեք, որ դուխով գնանք բանակ...»։

Օրեր շարունակ համբերատար սպասում էի, որ կառավարությունը կտա խելամիտ լուծում, որովհետև խնդիրը շատ բարդ չէ և սկզբունքային երևալու տեղ չէ։ Խոսքը մեր երեխաների մասին է, որոնց կառավարությունը համառորեն անվանում է ՝ «դուրս մնացած դիմորդներ»։ Խոսքը տեխնիկական տարաձայնության, տեխնիկական պրոբլեմի մասին է և այստեղ կա սկզբունքային մեկ հարց՝ չկոտրել մեր երեխաներին, չկոտրել մեր ապագա զինվորներին, չկոտրել մեր գիտության ապագան։

Կրթական ոլորտի տարբեր հեղինակավոր մասնագետներ այս օրերին հրապարակային լուծումներ են առաջարկել, բոլորն էլ հետաքրքիր, բայց կառավարությունը չի լսում և որդեգրել է անհասկանալի կեցվածք։

Ես որպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացի, որպես կուսակցության և հիմնադրամի ղեկավար, կանգնում եմ մեր երեխաների և նրանց ծնողների արդար պահանջի կողքին։ Դուք ճիշտ եք։ Ավելին, այս իրավիճակը ձեռնտու չէ ընդհանրապես որևէ մեկին՝ ո՛չ դիմորդին, ո՛չ բուհերին, ո՛չ էլ նախարարությանը, և այս պարագայում իրոք անհասկանալի է հարցին նման մոտեցումը։ Եվ, միաժամանակ, իրավիճակը հօգուտ դիմորդի հանգուցալուծելու պարագայում կշահեին և՛ դիմորդները, և՛ բուհերը, և՛ նախարարությունը, որը կկարողանար վերականգնել իր տուժած հեղինակությունը։ Տարօրինակ է և հակաբնական, որ այդպես չի արվում։

«Հայրենիք» հիմնադրամի խորհրդի առաջիկա նիստում քննարկման եմ դնելու Ձեզ համար հատուկ կրթաթոշակներ սահմանելու հարցը:
