ԿԸՀ-ն ներկայացնում է առաջին տվյալները

Ժամը 08:00-ի դրությամբ 1997 տեղամասից բացվել է 1989 տեղամաս և ձևավորվել է նույնքան տեղամասային հանձնաժողով: Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում գտնվող 8 տեղամասերից մի քանիսը կբացվեն ժ.11:00-ին, իսկ մնացածները՝ ժ.17:00-ին: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց հանրաքվեի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը: Նրա փոխանցմամբ` առավոտյան ընտրական տեղամաս չեն ներկայացել 141 հանձնաժողովի անդամներ, որոնց փոխարեն նշանակումներ են կատարվել հանձնաժողովների կողմից: Մուկուչյանը խոստացավ քվեարկության ակտիվության վերաբերյալ առաջին տվյալները ներկայացնել առաջիկա ժամերին:
ՀՀ հանրաքվեի կենտրոնական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Նունե Հովհաննիսյանն էլ իր հերթին տեղեկացրեց, որ հանրաքվեի քարոզչության պահից սկսած՝ մինչև դեկտեմբերի 5-ը, հանրաքվեի ԿԸՀ-ն ստացել է 22 դիմում:
Նրա փոխանցմամբ` ստացված դիմումներից հինգի վերաբերյալ կայացվել է որոշում: Դիմումներից երկուսը վերաբերել են տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամների որակավորման վկայանների ժամկետների երկարաձգման խնդրին, որոնք հանրաքվեի ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից բավարարվել են: Մյուս երեք դիմումատուների պահանջը չի բավարարել օրենքի պահանջին և հետևաբար մերժվել է: «Դրանիցից մեկը վերաբերում է պաստառներին, իսկ վերջին դիմումով քաղաքացիները խնդրել էին վճարովի կամ անվճար րոպե տրամադրել հանրային ռադիոյով կամ հեռուստատեսությամբ իրականացնել քարոզչությունը, ինչը տրամադրվում է միայն հատուկ սուբյեկտներին, այդ պատճառով դիմումը մերժվել է»,- պարզաբանեց Նունե Հովհաննիսյանը: Նրա խոսքով` այս պահի դրությամբ ԿԸՀ-ն գրավոր որևէ դիմում դեռ չի ստացել:
