Չինաստանի իշխանությունները փակել են Չենդուում ԱՄՆ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՉինաստանում պաշտոնապես փակել են Չենդուում ԱՄՆ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը, հայտնել են երկրի ԱԳՆ-ից:
Դրանից հետո տեղական իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչները հաստատության տարածք են մտել գլխավոր դարպասներով եւ «այն իրենց տնօրինության տակ վերցրել», փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Չենդուում ամերիկյան դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը բացել էին 1985 թվականին, որի պատասխանատվության շրջանակում էին հարավ-արեւմուտքի երկրները, այդ թվում՝ Սիչուան, Յունյնան, Գույչժոու նահանգները, Տիբեթի ինքնավար շրջանը, ինչպես նաեւ կենտրոնական ենթակայության Չունցին քաղաքը:
Հուլիսի 21-ին Միացյալ Նահանգները փակել էր Հյուսթոնում չինական գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունը՝ դա պատճառաբանելով մտավոր սեփականության եւ ամերիկացիների անձնական տեղեկությունների պաշտպանության ապահովման անհրաժեշտությամբ: Պեկիում սա անվանել էին քաղաքական սադրանք եւ «պատասխան վճռական քայլեր» խոստացել:
Հաջորդ օրը Չինաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ամերիկյան դեսպանությանն իրազեկել էր, որ Չինաստանը որոշել է «հետ կանչել Չենդուում ԱՄՆ գլխավոր հյուպատեսության հաստատության եւ գործունեություն ծավալելու լիցենզիան», ինչպես նաեւ հյուպատոսությանը «ներկայացրել էր կոնկրետ պահանջներ»՝ «դադարեցնել ցանկացած գործունեությունն եւ միջոցառում»:
Չինաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ընդգծել էր, որ պահանջն օրինական է եւ անհրաժեշտ պատասխան, որը համապատասխանում է միջազգային իրավունքին, միջազգային հարաբերությունների եւ դիվանագիտական պրակտիկայի հիմնական նորմերին, իսկ տեղի ունեցածի պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջությամբ Վաշինգտոնն է կրում:
ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ երկխոսությունը շարունակում է լարված մնալ: Կողմերը փոխադարձ տնտեսական պահանջներ ունեն: Դրանից բացի, ամերիկյան վարչակազմը Չինաստանին մեղադրում է նոր կորանվիրուսի վերաբերյալ իրավիճակի ոչ բարեխիղճ իրազեկման մասին: Չինաստանն իր հերթին դժգոհ է երկրի ներքին գործերին Վաշինգտոնի միջամտությունից, մասնավորապես Պեկինի եւ Հոնկոնգի հարաբերություններին:
