«Քաղաքացիական հասարակության ինստիտուտն իրականացնում է դիտորդական առաքելություն թիվ 1 ընտրատարածքում (Ավան և Նոր Նորք): Մեր դիտորդները 07:30-ից ընտրատեղամասերում են:

Արդեն գրանցվել են առաջին խախտումները: Ողջ օրվա ընթացքում մենք կհրապարակենք անընդհատ թարմացվող տեղեկություններ թիվ 1 ընտրատարածքի 35 ընտրատեղամասերում հանրաքվեի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև՝ մեր դիտորդների կողմից արձանագրված խախտումները»,- ասված է Քաղաքացիական հասարակության ինստիտուտի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:

9:11 - 1/24, Նոր Նորք - ՔՀԻ դիտորդը հաղորդում է, որ տեղամասում ընտրողներ չկան, ՀՀԿ վստահված անձը շատ ակտիվ է, ընտրողներից հասցեներ է հարցնում, հայտարարում է, որ «ուրիշ քաղաքական ուժի թուղթ ունի», ասում է «հելեք դուրս, մարդ բերեք»: Տեղամասում այլ դիտորդներ չկան:ՔՀԻ դիտորդը ցանկացել է գրանցամատյանը նայել, ՀՀԿ վստահված անձը խոչընդոտել է, սկսել է գոռգոռալ:

08:00 - 1/4, Ավան - Դիտորդին ներս են թողել: Նա պահանջել է, որ հանձնաժողովի գրանցամատյանում արձանագրեն մուտք գործելը խոչընդոտելու փաստը: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը թույլատրել է գրանցել խախտումը, սակայն քարտուղարը հրաժարվում է:

07:30 - 1/4, Ավան - ՔՀԻ դիտորդին չեն թողել 1/04 ընտրատեղամաս մուտք գործել՝ ասելով, որ իրավունք չունի մասնկացելու հանձնաժողովի նիստին: Ներս են թողել միայն 08:00-ին, երբ ընտրատեղամասը բացվել է:

07:30 - 1/29, Նոր Նորք - Տեղամասը գտնվում է մանկապարտեզի 2-րդ հարկում և մատչելի չէ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց համար»:
