Ինչո՞ւ չի պայթեցվել «Ձյունիկ սառնարան» ՍՊԸ-ի շենքը

Հուլիսի 24-ին «ՆՈՐՏԵԽ ՇԻՆ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից իրականացվելիք Երևանի Արշակունյաց պողոտայի 9/2 հասցեում գտնվող «Ձյունիկ սառնարան» ՍՊԸ-ի շենքի պայթեցման աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու նպատակով ժամը 16։22-ից մինչև 20։30-ն ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներից երկու մարտական հաշվարկ իրականացրել է հերթապահություն։  Այս մասին  հայտնում են ԱԻՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Պայթեցման աշխատանքների նախապատրաստման շրջանակներում ժամը 14։00-ից բնակչության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից շրջայցի միջոցով իրականացվել է հարակից տարածքների կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների տեղեկացում, իսկ ժամը 16:30-ից մինչև 20:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում սահմանափակվել է Ագաթանգեղոսի փողոց – Գրիգոր Լուսավորչի փողոց, Ագաթանգեղոսի փողոց – Արշակունյաց պողոտա – Քրիստափորի փողոց, Քրիստափորի փողոց - Սևանի փողոց - Արշակունյաց պողոտա հատվածների ճանապարհային երթևեկությունն ու բնակչության տեղաշարժը։

Տեղում հերթապահություն են իրականացրել նաև շտապօգնության մեկ բրիգադ և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կարգախմբերը։

Ժամը 19:41-ին և 19։46-ին իրականացվել է շենքի (մաքսային պահեստ) մի մասի մասնակի պայթեցում։ Պայթեցման արդյունքում շենքի փլուզում տեղի չի ունեցել։

Համաձայն  «ՆՈՐՏԵԽ ՇԻՆ» ՍՊԸ-ի ղեկավարության հայտարարության՝ փլուզումը տեղի չի ունեցել էլեկտրական սարքի խափանման արդյունքում շենքում տեղադրված պայթուցիկների մի մասի չգործելու պատճառով։ Էլեկտրական սարքը հանձնվել է համապատասխան լաբորատորիա փորձաքննության։ Պայթեցման արդյունքում շենքի կրող սյուները մասնակիորեն թուլացել են, բայց այս պահի դրությամբ շենքի փլուզման վտանգ չկա։ Տեղադրված պայթուցիկները անվտանգ են, տարածքում իրականացվում է հերթապահություն ՀՀ ոստիկանության ուժերով։

Անվտանգությունից ելնելով՝ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի մարտական հաշվարկը ևս շարունակում է իրականացնել հերթապահություն։

Դեպքի վայրում են գտնվել ԱԻՆ ՓԾ տնօրեն փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Վ. Գաբրիելյանը, Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության պետ փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա․ Հարությունյանը, «ՆՈՐՏԵԽ ՇԻՆ» ՍՊԸ-ի գլխավոր ինժեներ Վ․ Պետրոսյանը։

Պայթեցման աշխատանքները կիրականացվեն մի քանի օրից, որի մասին լրացուցիչ նախապես կտրամադրվի տեղեկատվություն։
