Մոսկովյան 13 շենքը կօտարվի. այդ հասցեում գործող պոլիկլինիկան կտեղափոխվի Մոսկովյան 5 հասցե
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԿառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հուլիսի 23-ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց ՀՀ-ի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող Երեւան քաղաքի Մոսկովյան 5 հասցեում գտնվող 1333.6 քմ մակերեսով շենքը եւ դրա զբաղեցրած, օգտագործման ու սպասարկման համար հատկացված 0.044121 հեկտար մակերեսով հողատարածքը հետ է վերցվել ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովից եւ ամրացվել ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին:
Որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է նաեւ Կոմիտեին ամրացված` պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող Երեւան քաղաքի Մոսկովյան 13 հասցեում գտնվող 2418.3 քմ մակերեսով շենք-շինությունները եւ դրանց օգտագործման եւ սպասարկման համար հատկացված 0.23824 հեկտար մակերեսով հողամասն օտարել մրցույթով՝ ելնելով պետական գույքի կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման քաղաքականությունից եւ ՀՀ պետբյուջե լրացուցիչ մուտքեր ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությունից։
Մոսկովյան 13 հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքն ընդգրկված է եղել օտարման ենթակա անշարժ գույքի ցանկում։ Այդ հասցեում գտնվող անշարժ գույքը դեռեւս խորհրդային շրջանից օգտագործվում է որպես պոլիկլինիկա, որից սպասարկվող բնակչության թիվը կազմում է 15787 մարդ, ուստի բուժհաստատության գործունեության տեղափոխումը այլ վայր կառաջացնի անհարմարություն սպասարկվող բնակչության համար։
Ըստ այդմ՝ նախատեսվում է նաեւ «Թիվ 4 պոլիկլինիկա» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակազմը տեղափոխել Մոսկովյան 5 հասցեում գտնվող շենք՝ հետագա գործունեության համար։
