Թուրքիան շրջանցել է Ռուսաստանին եւ դարձել է ոսկու աշխարհի խոշորագույն գնորդը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիան շրջանցել է Ռուսաստանին՝ դառնալով ոսկու աշխարհի խոշորագույն գնորդը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կապերի եւ դոլարային հաշվարկներին մուտք ունենալու մտավախությունների կապակցությամբ, հայտնում է Nikkei Asian Review-ն։
Ըստ լրատվական կայքի տվյալների՝ երկիրը հունվար-մայիս ամիսներին մոտ 148 տոննա ոսկի է գնել, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանն իր գնումները կրճատել է 60 տոկոսով՝ մինչեւ 28 տոննա:
Թուրքիայում արտարժույթով եկամուտի կրճատում է նկատվում, ինչը մտահոգություններ է առաջացնում ֆինանսական կայունության կապակցությամբ: Զբոսաշրջությունը՝ վերջին տարիների տնտեսական աճի հիմնական շարժիչը եւ արտարժույթի կարեւոր աղբյուրը, կորոնավիրուսի բռնկման ժամանակ իջել է զրոյի: Մայիսի սկզբին լիրան ռեկորդային նվազագույնի է հասել՝ 7.269 լիրա մեկ դոլարի դիմաց:
«Թուրքիան հիմնավորումներ չունի՝ հենց այս պահին ոսկի գնելու համար լարվելու համար»,- ասել է Կոտա Հիրայաման SMBC Nikko Securities-ից։ Ըստ նրա՝ երկրի համար ավելի հեշտ կլիներ պաշտպանել իր արժույթը հետագա արժեզրկումից, եթե նա պարզապես պահպաներ իր արտարժույթային պահուստները:
Թուրքիան կարող է ոսկի գնել, քանի որ վերջին տարիներին հարաբերություններն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ վատացել են, հատկապես՝ Սիրիա նրա ներխուժումից, ահաբեկչության մեղադրանքով ամերիկացի քահանայի ձերբակալությունից հետո, ինչը Վաշինգտոնի կողմից տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների եւ 2018-ին արժութային ճգնաժամի պատճառ էր դարձել:
ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացման եւ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ավելի խիստ պատժամիջոցների կիրառման դեպքում Թուրքիան ռիսկի է դիմում դուրս մնալ դոլարի հաշվարկային համակարգից, գրում է Nikkei Asian Review-ն: Անցյալ շաբաթ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն օրինագիծ էր ստորագրել, որոնք Չինաստանում բանկերին արգելում են դոլար գնել:
ԱՄՆ-ի Դաշնային պահուստային համակարգը մերժել է իրացվելիության փոխանակման գծերի մասին Թուրքիայի հայցը, եւ Թուրքիան կարող է բախվել նույն ճակատագրին, ինչ եւ Չինաստանը: «Հնարավոր է, որ դա սրում է Թուրքիայի անհանգստությունը, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակում այն չեն կարողանա հույս դնել Միացյալ Նահանգների վրա»,- ասել է Հիրայաման։
