Պուտինը հավատում է, որ կարող է խաղալ Թրամփով․ Բոլթոն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ Ազգային անվտանգության նախկին խորհրդական Ջոն Բոլթոնը կարծում է, որ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մի քանի անօրինական գործողություն է կատարել, որոնք կարող էին նրա իմփիչմենթին հանգեցնել, սակայն դեմոկրատները չեն կարողացել նրան հեռացնել պաշտոնից՝ հապճեպ գործընթաց սկսելով կուսակցական շահերից ելնելով:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Թրամփի խնդիրները բիզնեսում եւ վերընտրվելու հարցում ազդում են ոչ միայն նրա հարաբերությունների վրա Ուկրաինայի, այլեւ Չինաստանի, Թուրքիայի եւ այլ երկրների հետ: Նա նշել է, որ Թրամփի կյանքը Սպիտակ տանը նման է կյանքին «փինբոլի համար ավտոմեքենայի մեջ»:
«Ձեզ ռազմավարական տեսլական է անհրաժեշտ: Դա, անշուշտ, օգնում է փիլիսոփայական հիմքեր ունենալ, եւ ձեզ պետք է կշռադատել տարբեր քաղաքականությունների բոլոր լավ եւ վատ կողմերը: Դրանից գրեթե ոչինչ նախագահ Թրամփի հետ տեղի չի ունեցել: Թրամփը չունի հիմնական փիլիսոփայություն: Նա պահպանողական հանրապետական չէ: Ես չեմ ուզում ասել, որ նա լիբերալ դեմոկրատ է: Նա պարզապես ուրիշ է»,- ասել է Բոլթոնը, ով Թրամփի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդականն էր 2018-ի ապրիլից մինչեւ 2019-ի սեպտեմբերը:
Նա նշել է, որ Թրամփը չի կարդում նախագահների կողմից ստացվող ազգային անվտանգության ամենօրյա ճեպազրույցները, եւ շաբաթական երկու-երեք անձնական ճեպազրույցների ընթացքում Թրամփն ժամանակի մեծ մասը ծախսում է խոսելով, այլ ոչ թե լսելով եւ հարցեր տալով։
Բոլթոնը նրան համեմատել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ, ով, նրա խոսքով, հանդիպումներին գալիս է լավ տեղեկացված, պատմության խորը իմացությամբ եւ իր նպատակների հստակ տեսլականով: Նա ասել է, որ Պուտինը հավատում է, որ կարող է խաղալ Թրամփով, ով, ըստ Բոլթոնի, պատմություն վատ գիտի։
Բոլթոնը քննադատել է Թրամփի հարաբերությունները Հյուսիսային Կորեայի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընի հետ՝ հայտարարելով, որ նրանց անձնական հանդիպումները լեգիտիմացրել են Կիմի կառավորումը՝ առանց ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից զիջումների այդ երկրի միջուկային ծրագրի հարցում։ Փոխարենը, Կիմը երկու տարի է ստացել՝ իր սպառազինման ծրագիրն ամրապնդելու համար, ասել է նա։
