Ոստիկանները վնասազերծել են Իրանի քաղաքացի՝ ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի տղամարդու
VIDEOՀուլիսի սկզբին քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում ու Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ ստացվեցին, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից ապօրինի հատելու են Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը՝ բերելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի թմրամիջոց։
Ձեռնարկվեցին լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումներ: Համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողների հետ և իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները՝ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի և հատուկ նշանակության վարչությունների ծառայողները մեկնեցին Սյունիքի մարզ, որտեղ նրանց միացան ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնի ծառայողները։
«Մեկնեցինք Սյունիքի մարզի այն հատված, որտեղով, ըստ տեղեկությունների, պետք է անցներ այդ անձը: Հուլիսի 10-ի երեկոյան դարանակալեցինք նշված հատվածում։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց նկատեցինք զինվորական համազգեստով, ուսապարկով մի տղամարդու, որը անտառից Սյունիքի մարզի Սրաշեն գյուղ էր գնում», - նշեց ՔՈԳՎ ԹԱՇԴՊՎ բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Ասրյանը։
Ոստիկանները շարունակեցին հետևել կասկածյալի շարժը։ Նա զինված էր: Քննարկվեցին վնասազերծման տարբերակներ, ու քանի որ կասկածյալը շարժվում էր դեպի հայկական գյուղ, որոշում կայացվեց բռնել այն պահին, երբ ձորից դուրս կգար ավտոճանապարհ։
«Օպերատիվ խմբերից մեկը դարանակալեց նշված հատվածում։ Անտառից դուրս գալուն պես քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության հատուկ նշանակության վարչության ծառայողները վնասազերծեցին տղամարդուն և զինաթափեցին»։
Տղամարդը, պետական սահմանը ապօրինի հատելու և թմրամիջոց տեղափոխելու կասկածանքով, բերման ենթարկվեց ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժին՝ այդ ընթացքում դիմադրություն ցուցաբերելով ոստիկաններին։ Ճշտվեց ինքնությունը՝ ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության 24-ամյա բնակիչ։ Նրա ուսապարկից հայտնաբերվեց 4 կգ 865 գրամ հերոին թմրամիջոց։ Հայտնաբերված զանգվածն ու հրացանը ուղարկվեցին փորձաքննության։
«Զննեցինք նաև նրա անցած տարածքը։ Անտառում հայտնաբերեցինք նրա մյուս ուսապարկը, որի մեջ կային ջրով շշեր, սննդամթերք, զինվորական համազգեստ, դիմակ, գլխարկ ու բջջային հեռախոս»։
Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության՝ ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի, 24-ամյա տղամարդը կալանավորված է։
