ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հետեւողականորեն շարունակում է հանրային ծառայության տարբեր բնագավառներում կոռուպցիոն դրսեւորումները բացահայտելու,  դրանք արմատախիլ անելու գործելաոճը եւ միեւնույն ժամանակ կարեւորելով հանրային հետաքրքրություն ունեցող քրեական գործերով հանրությանը թույլատրելի չափով տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու հանգամանքը, տեղեկացնում է, որ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, նշված չարաշահումներին հանցակցելու, պաշտոնեական կեղծիքի, ապօրինի հարստացման, հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները թաքցնելու, հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքն օրինականացնելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացված մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական արդյունավետ միջացառումների եւ դրանց զուգահեռ ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել բավարար ապացույցների համակցության առ այն, որ ՀՀ սնանկության դատարանի դատական իշխանության մարմնի ղեկավար աշխատողը, մշտապես իրականացնելով իշխանության ներկայացուցչի գործառույթներ, ինչպես նաեւ «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ որպես ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձ ունենալով հայտարարագիր ներկայացնելու պարտականություն, 2019 թվականի ընթացքում 12.382.580 ՀՀ դրամի չափով ավելացրել է իր գույքը, որն էականորեն գերազանցել է իր օրինական եկամուտները եւ ողջամտորեն չի հիմնավորվել դրանցով, ապա ձեռնամուխ է եղել անօրինական եկամուտները օրինական քաղաքացիական շրջանառության մեջ դնելու միջոցով դրանց օրինական տեսք հաղորդելուն: Մասնավորապես, մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունենալով նույն դատարանի մեկ այլ դատավորի եւ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնեական դիրքով պայմանավորված իրենից որոշակի կախվածության մեջ գտնվող սնանկության գործերով կառավարիչ Ա. Խ.-ի հետ, վերջիններիցս տեղեկացել է քաղաքացիական գործով ԱՁ Ս. Ա.-ին սնանկ ճանաչելու եւ սնանկության վարույթի շրջանակներում՝ վերջինիս եւ նրա ընտանիքի անդամներին պատկանող անշարժ գույքի իրացման գործընթացի մասին:
