Ներկայումս ամբողջ աշխարհում ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը շարունակվում է: Իհարկե, արդեն կան երկրներ, որոնք հետհամաճարակային վերականգնման փուլում են։ Սակայն Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ այն պետությունների ցանկում, որտեղ գնալով ավելի է բարդանում իրավիճակը։

Համաճարակի տեմպերի նվազում մեզանում չի նկատվում, վարակը շարունակվում է տարածվել նախկինի պես։ Ամեն օր մի քանի հարյուր մարդ վարակվում է, ավելի ստույգ՝ մի քանի հարյուր վարակակիր է հայտնաբերվում, ցավոք ավելանում է նաև մահերի քանակը։ Տեսանելի չէ, թե իշխանություններն ինչ լուծումներ են առաջարկում, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի զսպել վարակի տարածման տեմպը։

Այն տպավորությունն է ստեղծվում, թե ամեն ինչ թողնված է ինքնահոսի՝ բավարար համարելով այն, որ քաղաքացիները պետք է պահպանեն հակահամաճարակային կանոնները։ Ճիշտ է՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած ընդհարումները հանրության ողջ էներգիան կլանեցին իրենց վրա, բայց համաճարակային իրավիճակը Հայաստանի համար, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, մնում է ծայրահեղ։ 

Համավարակի ստեղծած տնտեսական դժվարություններին էլ գումարվում են նոր հարցեր, որոնցից առաջնահերթը գազի գնի թեման է։ Չնայած քաղաքացիների համար գազի գինը չի բարձրանում, սակայն կապույտ վառելիքը հուլիսի 19-ից թանկացավ խոշոր սպառողների, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների և վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների համար։ 

Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ գազի թանկացմանը զուգահեռ աճելու են խոշոր սպառողների, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների և վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների արտադրած ապրանքների գները։ Բացառված չէ, որ արտադրողները, որպես իրավիճակի լուծում, ստիպված լինեն գնալ այնպիսի ցավոտ քայլերի, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ աշխատակիցների կրճատումն է կամ բիզնեսի օպտիմալացումը։

Գազի գնի բարձրացումը սպառնում է նոր գնաճային ֆոն ստեղծել, և հիմնական ծանրությունն այս անգամ ևս ընկնելու է սպառողների վրա, սակայն նրանց եկամուտները կտրուկ նվազել են, և նրանք այս իրավիճակում ի վիճակի չեն նույնիսկ փոքր-ինչ թանկ վճարել։ 

Թե կառավարությունն ինչպես է կարողանալու մեղմել գազի գնի թանկացման գնաճային ճնշումն ու մյուս բացասական հետևանքները, դեռևս դժվար է կանխատեսել։

 Բացի այդ, ընթացքում կարող են գյուղացիների և արտահանողների համար նոր խնդիրներ ի հայտ գալ, որոնք կարող են լինել չնախատեսված և անակնկալ։ 

Այդպիսի իրավիճակ առաջացավ, երբ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր քաղաքների, մասնավորապես՝ Մոսկվայի գյուղմթերքի շուկայում Ռուսաստանի ադրբեջանցիները ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտեցին, որպեսզի հայերը ՌԴ տեղափոխած գյուղմթերքը չկարողանային իրացնել ռուսաստանյան շուկաներում:

Իհարկե, հայ գործարարները փորձեցին հայկական գյուղմթերքի խնդրի համար այլընտրանքային լուծումներ գտնել, բայց անհրաժեշտ էր, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ավելի արագ արձագանքեին և խնդրի համար լուծումներ առաջարկեին, որ այլընտրանքային տարբերակների կարիքը չլիներ։ 

Առանց ժամանակ կորցնելու ՀՀ իշխանությունները համապատասխան խողովակներով պետք է Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին ներկայացնեին, որ հայաստանյան վաճառողների իրավունքները ոտնահարվում են, իսկ ԵԱՏՄ-ի կարգավիճակը նախատեսում է անդամ երկրների տարածքում ապրանքների և ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժը։

 

Այնպես որ, Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը կոնկրետ խնդիրներով պետք է զբաղվի ու երկիրը դուրս հանի ստեղծված դժվարին իրավիճակից, թե չէ ամեն առիթով նախկիններին կամ ընդդիմությանը մեղադրելով՝ ոչնչի հնարավոր չէ հասնել։
