Վազգեն Սարգսյան 3 հասցեում այսօր տեղի ունեցավ նորակառույց կառավարական վարչական համալիրի բացումը, որի շինարարության մեկնարկը տրվել էր 2013 թվականի ապրիլին:

Այսօր բացվեց Երեւանի Վազգեն Սարգսյան 3 հասցեում կառուցված կառավարական նոր համալիրը: Հանդիսավոր բացումից  երկու ժամ առաջ Քաղաքաշինության նախարարը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նկատեց, որ Հայաստանի անկախության շրջանում առաջին անգամ է կառուցվում կառավարական շենք: «Շատ կարեւորվեց ժառանգության խնդիրը, որպեսզի շենքի ճարտարապետությունը լինի շարունակություն բոլոր այն շենքերի, որ ունեցել ենք մինչեւ հիմա: Դրա համար այս կամարը վերածեցինք իրապես հաղթակամարի: Եթե տեսնում եք կամարի աջ եւ ձախ կողմերի զարդաքանդակները, նույնությամբ կրկնեցինք կառավարության շենքի զարդաքանդակները որպես էստաֆետա եւ շենքն ավելի բաց սկզբուքններով նախագծվեց»,- ասաց Նարեկ Սարգսյանը: Նարեկ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ շենքի նախագծումից բացի նոր փողոցներ էլ են նախագծվել: «Մարիոթ Արմենիա» հյուրանոցից եւ Զաքիան փողոցից կառավարական համալիր բերող երկու ճանապարհ արդեն կա:

Կառավարական համալիրի ճակատային մասում կտեղակայվի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը, իսկ ետնամասում՝ Մշակույթի, Կրթության եւ գիտության ու Սփյուռքի նախարարությունները: Արդարադատության նախարարության համար էլ առանձին մասնաշենք կա համալիրի հետեւում: Կառավարական համալիրն ունի ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղի:

Հիշեցնենք,որ նոր համալիրը կառուցվել է Արդարադատության նախարարության նախկին այրված շենքի և շուրջ 25 տարի չգործող, վերականգնման ոչ ենթակա կենտրոնական շրջանային կաթսայատան հողատարածքի վրա:
