Բոլոր երկրներում սկսվել է օգտագործվել ներկա պայմանները լավագույնս բնութագրող նոր նորմալ եզրույթը, որը չի թողնում այլ տարբերակ, քան առօրյա աշխատանքում կիրառել նոր գործիքակազմ և նոր աշխատանքային մշակույթ:
