Հունիսին ԱՄՆ-ի բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը ռեկորդային մակարդակի է հասել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ հունիսին բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը պատմության մեջ ռեկորդային մակարդակի է հասել՝ 864 միլիարդ դոլարի, հայտնում է RG-ն:
Associated Press-ի գնահատականով՝ դա պայմանավորված է կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի դեմ պայքարի ծրագրերի վրա ծախսերի մեծացմամբ: Բացի այդ, ամերիկացիներն առանց աշխատանքի են մնացել, ինչը հարկային եկամուտների կրճատման է հանգեցրել:
Հունիսին բյուջեի դեֆիցիտն ավելացել է նաեւ պետական տարբեր ծրագրերի համար միջոցների բաշխման պատճառով: Այդպես, միայն «Աշխատավարձերի պաշտպանության ծրագրի» հունիս ամսվա արժեքը 511 միլիարդ դոլար է կազմել: Վերջապես, հունիսին դեֆիցիտի բարձրացման եւս մեկ պատճառ է դարձել հարկերի վճարումները մինչեւ հուլիսի 15-ը հետաձգելու մասին ԱՄՆ իշխանությունների որոշումը: Այս որոշումը նշանակում է, որ անհատ հարկ վճարողների եւ կորպորացիաների կողմից եռամսյակային վճարումները կկատարվեն մինչեւ այս տարվա հուլիսի 15-ը, այլ ոչ թե հունիսին, ինչպես միշտ եղել է:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս բյուջետային տարվա առաջին ինը ամիսներին, որը սկսվել է 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, ԱՄՆ բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը 2․74 տրիլիոն դոլար է կազմում, ինչը նույնպես ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է: Այս գումարն արդեն գերազանցել է 2009 թվականին գրանցված 1․4 տրիլիոն դոլարի նախորդ ռեկորդը, երբ Սպիտակ տունը մեծ գումարներ ծախսեց 2008 թվականի Ֆինանսական ճգնաժամից երկիրը դուրս բերելու համար։
Թրամփի վարչակազմը կանխատեսում է, որ այս տարվա երկրորդ կեսին ԱՄՆ տնտեսությունը կսկսի կրկին աճել, սակայն շատ վերլուծաբաններ մտավախություն են հայտնում, որ COVID-19-ի երկրորդ ալիքի պատճառով սպառողներն ավելի հազվադեպ գնումներ կկատարեն: Ըստ առավել «հոռետեսական սցենարի», փորձագետների կարծիքով, դա նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կարող է ԱՄՆ-ի տնտեսության 70 տոկոս անկման հանգեցնել:
