Համայնքապետը՝ չեղավ, կփորձեն տեղակալի մակարդակով.
POLITICSՏԻՄ ոլորտը շարունակում է մնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության «աքիլլեսյան գարշապարը»։ Սրանով պայմանավորված՝ ներկայումս իշխանությունը ձեռնամուխ է եղել նոր մարտավարության և փորձում է կարգավորել այդ բացը։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունները որոշել են ՏԻՄ-երի հետ կապված դիմել նոր կարգավորման։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, քաղաքական որոշում է կայացվել և առաջիկայում գործընթաց է սկսվելու, որի արդյունքում նախատեսվում է այն համայնքներում, որտեղ չկան քաղաքական ուժեղ թիմ և հստակ աջակցություն տվյալ համայնքապետից (այսինքն՝ համայնքապետն ընդգծված «սև» է), համայնքապետի տեղակալներ նշանակել տալ «սվոյ» մարդկանց։
Թերթի տեղեկություններով, մարզպետները կառավարությանն արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել են «ռիսկային» համայնքների ցուցակը, և արդեն ընթանում են հստակեցման աշխատանքներ։ Ներկայումս իշխանությունը տեղերում մի յուրահատուկ «քասթինգ» է անցկացնում և փորձում հասկանալ տեղերում իրենց հնարավորությունները։
Իշխանությունները մտադիր են նմանօրինակ քայլով տեղերում թուլացնել «չուժոյ» համայնքապետների դիրքերը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին հող կնախապատրաստի ապագայում մարզերում ողջ իշխանությունը սեփական թիմակիցների ձեռքը վերցնելու համար և առաջիկա ՏԻՄ (գուցե՝ ոչ միայն ՏԻՄ) ընտրություններին լավ նախապատրաստվելու համար։
Զուգահեռ, մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանություններն առաջիկայում փոփոխություններ են նախատեսվում է մարզպետարանների գործառույթների մասով. ըստ այդմ, նախատեսվում է ներդնել այնպիսի կարգավորումներ, որոնք մարզպետներին կդարձնեն զուտ քաղաքական «մահակ»։
