Թուրքիայի ինչին է պետք ՀԱՊԿ-ը Տավուշում․ Մարիա Զախարովայի տարօրինակ գրառումը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀայաստանի Տավուշի մարզի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի սադրանքն անպատասխան չի մնացել։ Այդ սադրանքների նպատակը, սակայն, ակնհայտ է դառնում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի եւ ԱԳՆ հայտարարություններից, որոնցում Հայաստանին «կոչ են անում» դիմել ՀԱՊԿ-ին օգնություն ստանալու համար։
«Նման սադրիչ գործողություններով Հայաստանը փորձում է երրորդ երկրների ներգրավել հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունում», – նշված է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունում՝ չնայած Հայաստանը ոչ ոքի չի դիմել օգնության։
«Նման ռազմական արկածախնդրությունների միջոցով Հայաստանը փորձում է հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունում ներգրավել ռազմա-քաղաքական կազմակերպություններին, որոնց անդամակցում է, եւ փորձում է խուսափել օկուպացիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի դեմ ագրեսիայի պատասխանատվությունից։ Ադրբեջանի դեմ Հայաստանի ագրեսիան ու սահմանային սադրանքները գրեթե 30 տարիների ընթացքում, հակասում են նաեւ այն ռազմաքաղաքական կազմակերպությունների իրավական ակտերին, որոնց անդամն է Հայաստանը», – նշված է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւի հայտարարությունում։
Մինչդեռ, Հայաստանն ինքնուրույն լուծում է իր խնդիրները եւ զուտ տեղյակ պահում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին իրավիճակի մասին։ Դեռ 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ եւ դրանից հետո կարծիքներ էին հնչում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը անհամբեր սպասում էր Հայաստանի օգնության դիմումին, բայց հայկական բանակն ինքնուրույն լուծեց խնդիրը։
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը մշտական կապի մեջ է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպրշչիկի հետ: Վերջին զրույցի ընթացքում պաշտպանության նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ հայկական բանակային զորամիավորման անձնակազմն ու հրամանատարությունը հրահանգավորված են դեռևս պահպանել զսպվածություն, իսկ հակառակորդի` ՀՀ սահմանների ուղղությամբ սադրանքների պարագայում` արձագանքել ըստ անհրաժեշտության` ընդհուպ մինչև նոր բարենպաստ դիրքերի զբաղեցում: Այս մասին տեղեկացրել են ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից:
Ընդ որում, խորհրդարանի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը հայտարարել է, որ կարևոր է համարում «միջազգային համարժեք արձագանքը, այդ թվում ՀԱՊԿ–ի կողմից՝ ուղղված Ադրբեջանին, որը լրացուցիչ զսպաշապիկ կհանդիսանա ռազմատենչ Բաքվի համար»:
Ինչու՞ է Ադրբեջանին անհրաժեշտ ՀԱՊԿ ներգրավումը հակամարտությունում։ Ադրբեջանը կոնֆլիկտ է հրահրում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի սահմանին, այլ ոչ թե Արցախում, որ Ռուսաստանի՞ն ներգրավի։ Թե՞ Ռուսաստանի ներգրավումը նոր կոնֆլիկտում ձեռնտու է Թուրքիային, որը Ռուսաստանի հետ հակամարտության մեջ է Սիրիայում եւ Լիբիայում եւ անհրաժեշտ է նոր հարթակ առեւտրի համար։
«Մենք վճռական դատապարտում ենք հայկական զինված ուժերի հարձակումը Ադրբեջանի Թովուզի շրջանում», – անմիջապես հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ը։ Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ը հույս է հայտնել, որ «միջազգային հանրությունը ոչ մի դեպքում չի ընդունի ագրեսիան արդարացնելու Հայաստանի փորձերը։ Թուրքիան շարունակելու է աջակցել Ադրբեջանին տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պահպանելու պայքարում», – նշված է հաղորդագրությունում։
Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան էլ տարօրինակ գրառում է արել Ֆեյսբուքում։ «Միայն պիտերյան ֆորումն ու Բաքվի «Ժառա»-ն են պակաս։ Դե, դուք հասկանում եք»։
