Ինչպես տեղեկացրել էինք, այսօր, առավոտյան ժամը 7-ին իր տանը ձերբակալվել է Վստրեչի Ապերը՝ Արամ Վարդանյանը: Նա մոտ 4 ամիս փախուստի մեջ էր, հետախուզման տակ: Ինչ որ ժամանակ գտնվում էր Վրաստանում: Երեկ որոշել է վերադառնալ: Ընկերներին ասել է, որ թոռանն է կարոտել: Հենց իր տանն էլ ձերբակալվել է: 
Մենք փորձեցինք որոշ մանրամասներ պարզել Արամ Վարդանյանի փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանից, սակայն նա հրաժարվեց հարցազրույց տալ։ Ավելին՝ ասաց, որ ոչ հերքում է, ոչ հաստատում ձերբակալման փաստը։ 
Նշենք, որ Վստրեչի ապերի գործը գտնվում է Քննչական կոմիտեի Հատուկ կարևորագույն գործերի վարչության վարույթում։ Քննչական կոմիտեից, Hraparak.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ հաստատեցին ձերբակալման լուրը։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով Քննչական կոմիտեի և Ոստիկանության կողմից կատարված համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ, հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Արամ Վարդանյանը՝ վերջինիս պատկանող բնակարանում  իրականացված խուզարկության ընթացքում:
Արամ Վարդանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի մի շարք հոդվածներով, և նա տեղափոխվել է «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական  հիմնարկ:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ:
