Մի պահեք, մի դրեք տակներդ, տվեք գյուղացուն. Էդմոն Մարուքյանը կոչ արեց վերականգնել պետական աջակցության ծրագրերը
ECONOMICSԳյուղացիներին դիզվառելիքի եւ պարարտանյութի աջակցությունը դադարեցրել են եւ եւ գյուղացին մեն-մենակ է մնացել իր արտերի, բանկերի, վարկերի եւ խնդիրների հետ: Այս մասին այսօր` հուլիսի 11-ին, Սյունիքի մարզի Տաթեւ համայնքի ցորենի դաշտից ֆեյսբուքյան լայվով ասաց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:
«Գյուղերում հանդիպումների ժամանակ մենք պարզեցինք, որ մենք ճիշտ էինք ասում, երբ որ խորհրդարանում բարձրաձայնում էինք պարարտանյութի, դիզվառելիքի` գյուղնախարարության ժամանակին եղած պետական աջակցության ծրագրի մասին: Երբ որ մենք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այդ հարցը տվեցինք, նա ասում էր, որ թալանել են այն ժամանակ, դրա համար այդ ծրագրերը հիմա դադարեցված են: Նա նաեւ ասաց, որ եթե դուք այդ հարցը բարձրացնում եք, դուք թալանչիներին եք պաշտպանում: Եվ հիմա մենք գյուղացիների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում պարզեցինք, որ նախորդ տարիներին, երբ գյուղացիները պետական աջակցություն են ստացել պարարտանյութը, ավելի շատ բերք են ստացել, քան հիմա: Գյուղացիները պնդում են, որ որքան էլ որ թալանել են, չգիտեմ ինչ են արել, էլի ինչ-որ բան հասել է եւ իրենք դա օգտագործել են եւ ավելի շատ բերք են ստացել, քան այս տարի են ստանում: Հիմա հեղափոխություն է եղել, եւ որ պետք է չթալանված սելիտրան եւ դիզվառելիքը հասներ գյուղացուն, որ ավելի շատ բերք ստանային, բայց հիմա էդ ծրագիրը ընդհանրապես վերացվել է եւ գյուղացին մեն-մենակ է մնացել իր արտերի, բանկերի ու վարկերի եւ խնդիրների հետ»,- ասաց նա:
Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հավելեց, որ իրենց բարձրացված հարցերը մանիպուլացվում են եւ լրիվ ուրիշ պատասխան են տալիս իրենց: Իրենք կարծում են, որ պետական աջակցության ծրագերը պետք է վերականգնվեն:
«Պետք է ծրագրերը վերականգնվեն եւ մարդկանց աջակցեն դիզվառելիքով եւ սելիտրայով առանց թալանելու: Մի պահեք, մի դրեք տակներդ, տվեք գյուղացուն, որ էս ցորենի արտերը ավելի բերրի դառնան»,- հավելեց նա:
