Թուրքիան գաղտնի համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել օտարերկրյա պետություններից դիսիդենտների առեւանգման վերաբերյալ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիայի կառավարությունը մի շարք պետությունների հետ անվտանգության երկկողմ համագործակցության պայմանագրեր է կնքել, որոնք ոչ միանշանակ ձեւակերպումներ են պարունակում եւ թույլ են տալիս արտաքսել կամ առեւանգել արտասահմանում բնակվող Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներին, հայտնում է Nordic Monitor- ը:
ՄԱԿ-ի զեկուցողները՝ Բռնի կամ հարկադիր անհետացման մասին աշխատանքային խմբի նախագահ Լուչիանո Հազանը, միգրանտների մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով հատուկ զեկուցող Ֆելիպե Գոնսալես Մորալես, մարդու իրավունքների եւ հիմնարար ազատությունների խթանման եւ պաշտպանության հատուկ զեկուցող Ֆիոնուլա Նի Աոլեյնին եւ խոշտանգումների եւ այլ դաժան, անմարդկային կամ մարոդու արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի կամ պատժի հարցերով հատուկ զեկուցող Նիլս Մելցերը համատեղ նամակ են ուղղել Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը՝ իրենց մտահոգությունն արտահայտելով «պետության կողմից հովանավորվող արտատարածքային առեւանգումների եւ մի քանի պետություններից Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների՝ հայրենիք հարկադիր վերադարձի» կապակցությամբ։
Նամակում նրանք նաեւ մտահոգություն են հայտնել արտաքսված անձնական անվտանգության եւ անձեռնմխելիության կապակցությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ՝ այն անձանց, ում երրորդ երկրներից արտաքսման վտանգ է սպառնում։
ՄԱԿ-ի զեկուցողները Թուրքիայի կառավարությանը խնդրել են Աֆղանստանի, Ալբանիայի, Ադրբեջանի, Աֆղանստանի, Կամբոջայի, Գաբոնի, Կոսովոյի, Ղազախստանի, Լիբանանի եւ Պակիստանի իշխանությունների հետ համատեղ լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել իրենց գործողությունների վերաբերյալ՝ առնվազն 100 մարդու առեւանգման, կամայական ձերբակալման, հարկադիր անհետացման կամ խոշտանգումների հետ կապված, որոնք կասկածվում են իսլամական քարոզիչ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենի հետ կապի մեջ:
Բացի այդ, նրանք ուրքիայի կառավարությանը մեղադրել են այդ չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ անկախ եւ արդյունավետ քննության դադարեցման մեջ:
«Ըստ հաղորդումների՝ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը այլ պետությունների հետ համաձայնության հիման բռնի կերպով ավելի քան 100 քաղաքացի է վերադարձերել, որից 40-ը հարկադիր անհետացման է ենթարկվել եւ առեւանգվել է փողոցներից կամ իրենց տներից ամբողջ աշխարհում, իսկ շատ դեպքերում՝ երեխաների հետ միասին», - նշվում է նամակում:
