ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտորի նախկին պաշտոնակատար Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ ՀՊՏՀ-ում մագիստրատուրա ընդունված ուսանողները հուլիսի 7-ին նամակ են ստացել համալսարանից, ըստ որի անհրաժեշտ է մինչև հուլիսի 10-ը վճարել վարձի մեկ ամսվա գումարը, որպեսզի կարողանան հրամանագրվել որպես ուսանող: Սակայն, ըստ պաշտոնապես հաստատված կանոնակարգի, ուսանողները իրավունք ունեն մինչև սեպտեմբերի 10-ը չվճարել այդ գումարը:

Հայրապետյանը դա սրբապղծություն է համարում. «Ստիպելով ապօրինաբար գումար գանձելը արդեն առերևույթ հանցագործություն է, սակայն տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչու են այդ հանցագործությունը կատարում: Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հայտնի հովանավորչության շրջանակում ափալ-թափալ ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտորի ապօրինի մրցույթ է հայտարարել: Այս անբարոյական հանցագործության փաստերը՝ նախորդ հանցագործությունների հետ միասին, շուտով պաշտոնապես կներկայացնեմ դատախազությանը և ոստիկանությանը, որպեսզի անխուսափելի ընթացք տրվի»:

ՀՊՏՀ լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը հարցի վերաբերյալ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ին ներկայացրեց պարզաբանում. «Ընդունելության առաջին փուլի արդյունքները հրապարակվում են մինչև 2020թ. հուլիսի 7-ը, որից հետո տրվում է վճարման թույլտվության հրամանը։ Առկա ուսուցմամբ վճարովի մագիստրատուրա ընդունված դիմորդների վերջնական հրամանագրումը կատարվում է առաջին կիսամյակի ուսման վարձի վճարման թույլտվություն ստանալուց հետո՝ առաջին կիսամյակի նվազագույնը առաջին ամսվա ուսման վարձը վճարելու և վճարման կտրոնը մինչև սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ը ընդունող հանձնաժողով ներկայացնելու դեպքում: Ընդունող հանձնաժողովը, սահմանված կարգի համաձայն, կազմել է էլեկտրոնային նամակ և առաջին փուլով մագիստրատուրա ընդունված ուսանողներին տեղեկացրել վճարում կատարելու անհրաժեշտության մասին»։
 
Լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից նշում են, որ ընդունող հանձնաժողովի կողմից ուղարկված էլեկտրոնային նամակում մատնանշված մինչև հուլիսի 10-ը ժամկետը վերաբերում է միայն առաջին փուլի արդյունքներով մագիստրատուրա ընդունված ուսանողներին և չի պարունակում ուսանողի իրավունքը ոտնահարող որևէ իրավական հետևանք։
 
«Ընդունելության կարգով սահմանված մինչև սեպտեմբերի 10-ը ժամկետը մագիստրատուրայի երկու փուլերի արդյունքներով ընդունված ուսանողների վերջնական հրամանագրման համար սահմանված վերջնաժամկետն է։ Ընդունող հանձնաժողովը որևէ նոր գործողություն սույն գործընթացում չի իրականացրել։ Նշյալ պահանջը համալսարանը մշտապես սահմանել է՝ նկատի ունենալով ակադեմիական խմբերի ձևավորման, պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի ուսումնական ծանրաբեռնվածության կազմման և դասաժամերի բաշխման գործընթացի կազմակերպման հրատապությունը»,- մեկնաբանում են լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
 
Նշենք, որ ՀՊՏՀ-ում հուլիսի 17-ին կիրականացվեն ռեկտորի ընտրություններ:
