Մուննաթ ու անկարողություն
POLITICSԹուլակամ, իր որոշումները շարունակ փոխող, դրանք իրականություն դարձնելու անընդունակ մարդուց վատ բան չկա։ Կներեք՝ կա, նմանատիպ կառավարությունն է։ Որը, մի կողմից, չգիտի իր անելիքը, մյուս կողմից, շարունակ տատանվում է՝ որոշումներ է փոխում, ընդ որում՝ տրամագծորեն հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Իսկ այն որոշումները, որոնք, ի վերջո, մեծ ջանքերի գնով կայացնում է, չի կարողանում կյանքի կոչել եւ հետեւել դրանց իրականացմանը։
Եթե որեւէ մեկը փորձի արձանագրել, թե այս 4 ամսվա ընթացքում քանի անգամ եւ ինչքան հակադիր որոշումներ է կայացրել մեր կառավարությունը, կսարսափի, թե ինչ անկայուն եւ անելիքը չիմացող իշխանության հետ գործ ունենք։ Դա վերաբերում է ինչպես տարբեր վարքականոններին, այնպես էլ շատ ավելի կարեւոր որոշումներին։

Դիմակ չկրողների համար տուգանքի չափը մեծացնող օրենքի նախագիծ են բերում, աղմուկից հետո հրաժարվում են։ Երեւանում 60 կմ/ժամ արագություն են սահմանում, հետո հայտարարում, որ հնարավոր է վերանայվի։ Տեղորոշման օրենք են ընդունում, հետո պարզվում է՝ լրիվ անպիտան օրենք է, որովհետեւ վարակն արդեն անկառավարելի է դարձել, վարակակիրներին վերահսկելը՝ անհնարին։ Ո՞ր մեկը թվարկես։ Չգիտեն, չեն կարողանում, չեն ուզում սովորել, խորհուրդներ չեն լսում եւ ողջ օրը մուննաթ են գալիս հների, ժողովրդի, լրագրողների վրա։ Մինչեւ ե՞րբ։
