Անվճար իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություն մեր քաղաքացիներին
INTERVIEWԳաղտնիք չէ, որ երբեմն իրավական ամենափոքր հարցերն իսկական գլխացավանք են դառնում մարդկանց համար: Մեր քաղաքացիներից շատերն ուղղակի չգիտեն իրենց իրավունքները կամ էլ փոքր հարցերի դեպքում չգիտեն, թե ում դիմել, որտեղից սկսել իրենց իրավունքի պաշտպանությունը:
Չնայած արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ գոյություն ունի «Lawsystem.info» կայքը, սակայն լայն թափով այն սկսել է աշխատել միայն վերջերս:
Կայքի միջոցով մարդիկ հնարավորություն ունեն դիմելու և անվճար իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություն ստանալու քաղաքացիական, բանկային, ընտանեկան, կոորպորատիվ, աշխատանքային իրավունքին վերաբերող ամենատարբեր հարցերի շուրջ: Պետք է միայն գրանցվել կայքում, հետո արդեն հետևել հետագա ցուցումներին:
Կայքի ստեղծման մտահղացման, առաջարկվող խորհրդատվության և այլ հարցերի մասին զրուցել ենք կայքի մենեջեր Նելլի Նազարյանի հետ: Նա նշում է՝ մասնագիտությամբ իրավաբան է: «Երրորդ երեխայի ծննդից հետո երկար ժամանակ չէի աշխատել:
Բազում հարցեր էին ծագում` երեխաների նպաստի, հետագայում արդեն դպրոցում առաջացող խնդիրների հետ կապված: Բազմաթիվ ծնողներ էին դիմում ինձ տարբեր հարցերով: Ամուսնուս հետ որոշեցինք մի այնպիսի կայք ստեղծել, որտեղ կարող ենք իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել:
Մտահղացումն իրականացավ, մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ այս կայքը ստեղծեցինք, բայց միայն վերջերս սկսեցինք իրավաբանների օգնությամբ այս ամենն իրագործել»,«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Նելլին:
Նա ընդգծում է՝ խոսքն իրավաբանական առաջնային խորհրդատվության մասին է, որը դեռևս անվճար է: «Փորձում ենք օգնել մեր քաղաքացիներին, մատնանշել ճիշտ ուղղությունը, թե ուր պետք է դիմել, եթե անհրաժեշտ է հարցումներ կատարել, մենք դա ևս պատրաստ ենք անվճար անել, և եթե կարող ենք որևէ հարցի վերաբերյալ օգնություն տրամադրել, որի մասնագետներն այս պահին ունենք, ապա օգնություն միանշանակ կտրամադրենք»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
Ասում է, որ արդեն իսկ դիմողներ կան, նրանց թիվը դեռևս մեծ չէ, ինչը կապված է այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ կայքը նոր է գործարկվել և շատերը թերևս չգիտեն էլ դրա մասին:
«Հիմնականում դիմել են բանկային հարցերով՝ երաշխավորության պայմանագրերի հետ կապված, բազմաբնակարան շենքերի հետ կապված տարբեր հարցերով են մեր քաղաքացիները լուծումներ փնտրում և այլն: Դեռևս նմանատիպ քաղաքացիական հարցեր ենք ստացել»,-ընդգծում է նա:
Կայքը դեռևս ֆինանսական աղբյուրներ չունի: «Կայքի հեղինակն ամուսինս է, նա ծրագրավորող է, զբաղվում է տեխնիկական հարցերով, իսկ ես և իմ ընկերները փորձում ենք իրավաբանական խորհրդատվություն իրականացնել»,-եզրափակում է Նելլի Նազարյանը:
