«Իսպանական ամոթը» զգացում է, որն առաջանում է այլոց այս կամ այն գործողության, պահվածքի կամ խոսքի պատճառով, այսինքն, ավելի պարզ ասած, երբ ամաչում ես ուրիշի փոխարեն՝ որևէ կերպ կապ չունենալով նրա ամոթաբեր արարքին:

Երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը 2018 թվականի ապրիլ-մայիսյան իրադարձությունների հետևանքով նոր էր եկել իշխանության, սկզբնական շրջանում նրա ու իր թիմի զգալի մասի պահվածքը, խոսքը առաջացնում էր քննադատություն, հետո զայրույթ, հիմա՝ ավելի շատ «իսպանական ամոթ»: 

Այս պարագայում խնդիրը նույնիսկ կոնկրետ անձերը չեն, այլ երևույթն ինքնին՝ սկսյալ իրենց քննադատողների կամ իրենց, մեղմ ասած, սխալներն ու թերացումները մատնացույց անողների մեջ անընդհատ դավաճաններ փնտրելուց, «ազգային դավաճանություն» եզրույթը շահարկելուց, ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ կիրառվող խայտառակ անընդունելի բառապաշարից, օրենքներն ու Սահմանադրությունը սեփական ցանկությամբ մեկնաբանելուց և կիրառելուց մինչև կորոնավիրուսային պայքարի լիակատար ձախողում և մարդկանց գնալով ավելի ու ավելի «տուգանքի մատերիալ» դարձնելու գործելաոճ:

Նման վիճակներում շատերը պարզապես անհարմարության զգացում են ունենում: Ավելին, մենք տեղեկություններ ունենք, որ հենց Փաշինյանի թիմում քիչ չեն նրանք, ովքեր հաճախ «իսպանական ամոթի» զգացում են ապրում, ավելին, նրանցից ոմանք նեղ շրջապատում քանիցս դժգոհել են: 

Սակայն «հանուն թիմի» ստիպված են անել այնպիսի քայլեր կամ հայտարարություններ, որ արդեն ամոթի զգացողություն են ունենում հենց իրենց համար: Մասնագետներն ասում են, որ «իսպանական ամոթի» ամենատարածված նշանը այլ ուղղությամբ նայելն է...
